The office was shared so tricky to find

The office was shared so tricky to find anyone to talk to. We wanted to add another ticket - no help to do this.

Taxi pick-up was awesome and polite and friendly.

Afterwards it was difficult to find the transport... the office was open, but no one there, it rained and we were send back to the ferrie and to the office and back to the ferry a few times before we were eventually picked up.

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked with our local partners regarding what happened on the day of your arrival and would like to clarify the situation.

When you disembarked from the ferry, our local partner staff were waiting for clients at the designated disembarkation area. They always have signboards clearly displayed so that clients can easily identify them and approach them for any assistance they may need.

It appears that you did not see the agent and instead proceeded to the CTS office, where you asked about booking additional ferry tickets. For any additional purchase of ferry tickets at the jetty, these have to be made directly at the Cat Cocos office next door. Therefore, you were directed to the Cat Cocos office as this was the correct office for the additional tickets you wanted to purchase.

As the driver did not see you arrive for your booked transfer, he informed the jetty staff that he was looking for you. Our staff then proceeded to assist you and directed you to your shuttle, which was waiting for your booked drop-off.

We hope this clarifies the arrangements and the assistance provided on the day.
