terrible customer service tried to reach out to them several times but no reply from their end no matter how many mails were sent not a single reply wasnt able to receive the package neither got my refund

SEYMAYKA support - IS ANYONE THERE??
Ordered 2 pairs of Yohji Yamamota Frames on 1 Jan. Only 1 pair arrived and were the wrong colour.
As others reviews has said, returns process opaque
No communication, no reply to emails

Please consider very carefully is you want to risk losing your money on this company

This website is clearly a scam. The reviews with 5 stars are fake.

Extremely poor communication and if you want to return an item good luck! There create a return button doesn’t work and after slow response via email they finally created a return for me only to not actually send any return label or papers and made me wait almost two weeks for a response about it then still did not send it and said oh we will contact you tomorrow (lied) never did. After weeks of back and forth they without my knowing set up a pick up via DHL without me knowing as I was confused when they showed up and I still had no papers. DHL sent me the papers next day but one was missing. Took another week to finally get it from the but still no communication from the company.
I don’t trust to get the money back at this point so kept the item.

Order and shipping was smooth.
I’m trying to return the item since it’s not what I expected and I’m still waiting for “the team” to get back to me? I don’t understand why and what’s the purpose of this. In addition, on the website it states that all the returns are free and I’ll be charged (if my return request gets approved) $150!
For sure I will not be buying again from them. I’m hoping I will be able to get the return started and get at least my partial refund (unacceptable !!!).

It states express delivery and its been 8 days now and I still have not received my items.

Does not ship within 48 hours. Waiting for my package and no communication from any of the customer service emails.

I ordered a shirt on 12/22/2025. It still has not shipped yet.

I never got the notification email Abbott shipping, despite looking into spam or junk folder of my mail box. The package showed up just when I was about to contact customer support. This is just bad business practice for an online retailer. I will not shop here anymore.

I would say this has probably been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had while online shopping. My order was lost via shipping. I was contacted by fed ex to explain the situation to Seymayka and have them reach out to fed ex so that fedex could resolve the issue. With all the evidence I sent their way, they insisted that on their end the item is still on the way. Unfortunately, the cx agent then decided to simply stop responding. While all I really wanted was my item. I guess they can't seem to care because they have received my money thats all that matters on their end. What a sad experience and place to shop. Im just incredibly disappointed.

Communication regarding delivery was great. I was even able to defer delivery for a day due to unforeseen circumstances.
