the representative was very courteous and I could tell he was looking at all possible problems with the Shark. I've been a Shark customer for a while and as always the person who I talk to never talks short to me or makes me feel like I'm pretty dumb. I'm very proud of my Sharks so I keep them clean, change filters as you've suggested. THANK YOU FOR BEING SHARK EVERYONE

Antoinette went above and beyond in responding to the issue I was having with my Shark Vertex Pro vacuum. Her customer service was exceptional. I pray that companies understand the need for keeping live agents available to provide the personal touch clients deserve.

Customer service agent was super helpful! Very knowledgeable answered all my questions and handled my situation, which was a missing extension wand when I received my shark vacuum.
She is an asset to your company and you should give her a raise. Lol.

My puppy chewed through the chord of my Shark steam mop. I rang the company to see if they could recommend a repairer.
The product was out of stock so they gave me a full refund for something that was definitely not covered under the warranty.
You got to be happy with that outcome!!

This order is a replacement for a defective machine. I was on a zoom call with a wonderful customer service rep and we tried everything to fix my machine which was only 2 months old. Once it was clear the machine could not be fixed, he ordered a new one for me. He tried everything, but no luck. He was charming and so friendly and helpful! Best CS rep ever! :)

I purchased a Shark Never Change air purifier in August 2023. One reason I purchased it was the filter was supposed to last 5 years. I expected the machine to last as long as the filter at least! I took excellent care of it, cleaning as needed. The control panel froze and when I reached out to Shark all they offered was one at a discount of 30 percent.They did not offer to fix or help troubleshoot the problem. I realize my one year warranty had expired, however the main reason I purchased it was longevity as I’m on a fixed income. If you want a dependable air purifier do not purchase a Shark!
