My experience with Customer Service is just amazing. They are so caring. They understand your need. They do whatever they have to do to resolve your need .They make your life easy honestly I love shark because they carry so much for the customers to make them feel like home I love them so much and I would never leave them.

I paid extra for 2 day delivery. Now it's 4 days and only a filter has been delivered. I am going out of town on the ninth so it better be delivered before this!!!!

Hadn't really realised how many Shark/Ninja products I owned until it came time to get support and none was available.

I have an older Ninja Foodi — the type that in the US/Canada triggered a product recall due to faulty pressure cooker lid — and my lid developed issues.

I contacted support to sound out options regarding replacing the faulty lid and was instead was only offered the purchase a brand new model at a negligible discount.

Their products work (for a time), their support is god awful and patronising. Do not recommend.

I like Ninja items, I have 4 and I bought 5 more, I must say that I had a bad experience with a shipment that went wrong and my item arrived wrong in Venezuela but don't worry the customer service agents are the maximum, they solved it and I am happy, grateful so I recommend them 10000% thanks

Amazing customer service! After customer service tried troubleshooting our wandvac and it failed, he had a replacement ordered and done within 5 minutes. Really appreciate you valuing your customers and making it an easy process!

Customer service was outstanding, the product is fantastic, so much so that my house is starting to look like a Ninja/Shark showroom!

I have many products from SharkNinja in my home. I have to say that their customer service is always outstanding on resolving any issues I may have. I would always recomment SharkNinja products in part because of customer service as well as I love their products.

Purchased several Shark Air cleaners for dust control.
I see dust at the very top of the air cleaner.
I vacuum and clean the screens monthly and still there is
dust accumulation at the top of my air cleaner which means it not cleaning the air- I do have a photo,
