J’aimerais mettre zéro ETOILE, mais cela n’est pas possible ! J’ai acheté un brumisateur shark ninja où il était bien précisé que nous pouvions l’utiliser à l’intérieur, et au final, après l’avoir laissé un petit moment dans la chambre, mon tapis a été complètement détrempé et mon parquet a déteint sur mon tapis que j’ai dû jeter …..un tapis à350 € !! après un nombre incalculable d’appels au Service client, après avoir envoyé des photos et rempli un questionnaire de dédommagement, cela fait des mois et des mois que ça dure et je n’ai aucunes nouvelles. C’est toujours moi qui les relance, mais il ne se passe rien….. !!
je sais qu’ils ne me dédommageront jamais !! Je déconseille fortement cette société et cette marque. A FUIR !!!!!!!!!!

Both my daughters have this and one is amazing and it was bought over a year ago but the one we bought for my other daughter is awful…the attachments don’t stay attached as they should…very disappointing , we have been in touch with Shark so hopefully we can figure it out!

Ich habe die Ninja Creami Eismaschine bei Sharkninja bestellt mit Lieferung an eine Packstation. Nachdem ich nach ca. 10 Tagen nichts von der Firma gehört habe, habe ich dort angerufen. Da wurde mit mitgeteilt, dass meine Bestellung storniert wurde, da sie nicht an Packstationen liefern können. Sehr unprofessionell und miserable Kommunikation.

One toll free call, without a hold, got us in to a very sharp technician (Rainie SP) who tested everything while we conducted her Zoom call. She guided the testing process and within minutes, she new the 'bottom unit' was in-operable and non-repairable. The entire process took a half an hour. Sure beats driving to a repair. Our new replacement model is on the way with a $10.00 change--wow--I will always buy Shark Ninja!! Thank you!!

Ich habe am 01.09.2026 bei SharkNinja einen Grill/ Heißluftfriteuse bestellt und am 02.09.2026, die Bestellung Storniert und Widerrufen WEIL ich auf meine Frage an den Kundenservice, KEINE Antwort bekommen habe. Da war klar dass dieses Unternehmen unseriös ist. Auf der Webseite im Impressum steht der Kundenkontakt "kundendienst-de/ed/sharkninja.com". BETRUGS E Mail Adresse. Richtige Adresse "kundendienst(punkt)de/ed/sharkninja.com". Ich habe die Lieferung über den Zusteller DHL, durch Annahme Verweigert DEKLARIERT. Wurde durch DHL auch bestätigt und an SharpNinja zurück gesendet und dem Verkäufer am 08.09.2026 mit Bestätigung übergeben. KLARNA BANK hat bezahlt OHNE meine Zustimmung und ohne Bestätigung der Warenübergabe. Da haben sich 2 Unternehmen gefunden die den Kunden über's Ohr hauen. Geld einstreichen OHNE Leistung. Sowas nennt man Betrug. Ich habe für die Rückabwicklung der Zahlung von SharpNinja an KLARNA BANK eine FRIST gesetzt bis 08.10.2026. Also AUPASSEN.!!! NIX bei SharkNinja oder NINJA kaufen. Meine Kaufabwicklung: Bestellung SharkNinja 04900597402 und Bestellrefernz KLARNA:CLZ4CGTO.!!!

Terrible customer service and warranties with hidden fees after product malfunctions.

First off, Stefan, was very personable, professional and very polite. I explained the issue with my shark air purifier, and he figured out the problem immediately. I didn’t expect the process to go soo quickly, but it did. I’m very thankful and appreciative for Stefan and the Shark Company, for replacing my unit. I look forward to receiving my replacement unit, as I love having it in my home, how it cleans the air, and knowing that i am breathing clean air.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach out to somebody at shark for days if not over a week nobody had responded until this evening the lady who responded was very kind and considerate and efficient she has handled the problem in a way that is satisfactory

I received a fan without a remote in the color butter yellow. They only had black remotes to send back, but they could send me out a whole new fan and didn’t even make me send back the other one that didn’t have the remote extremely good customer service if I could give them more stars, I would.

Airfryer besteld maar niet geleverd. Ik heb er zelf achter aan moeten gaan, maar het blijft bij vage beloftes. Alleen maar AI klantenservice antwoorden die het probleem niet oplossen. Echt bizar hoe deze bedrijven omgaan met hun klanten

A huge thank you to the team at SharkNinja, especially Reem, a SharkNinja Consumer Experience Advocate, who helped me resolve an issue with my Ninja Shark vacuum. The service I received was excellent, and the whole experience was far better than I could have expected.
Reem explained that the faulty part would be replaced, and what really impressed me was how quickly everything was arranged. The replacement was shipped straight away, and amazingly, it arrived today just after 6 pm! That is what I call first-class service.
SharkNinja deserves a great deal of credit for the way this was handled. When something goes wrong with a product, it is reassuring to deal with someone who listens, takes the problem seriously and makes sure it is put right without unnecessary delays.
A special thank you to Reem for helping to make this happen. Your efforts are greatly appreciated, and you are a real asset to SharkNinja.

I cannot say enough good things about SharkNinja’s customer service. They were absolutely excellent from start to finish. The representative was kind, professional, patient, and truly seemed to care about getting my issue resolved.

I was having problems with my Shark HydroVac, and instead of making the process difficult or frustrating, they listened to what was going on, explained my options clearly, and worked with me to find a solution. When my model was discontinued, they went above and beyond to help me with a comparable replacement.

It is rare to find customer service this helpful anymore. I felt like they actually valued me as a customer instead of just trying to rush through the conversation. The entire experience was easy, respectful, and reassuring.

SharkNinja has definitely earned my loyalty because of the way they handled this. Excellent product support and truly exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them!
