It was hard to get the correct answers in the chat program. The attempt by the computer often went to the wrong area or gave too many irrelevant options.

KERN was my customer service representative and really cannot speak more highly of this experience. Patient, great communication, thorough, and completely resolved my issue are just a few. My call dropped unfortunately and was not able to say this to him but this was absolutely one of my best customer service experiences. I'd like to thank him for seeing this issue all the way through with the upmost professionalism. Thank you Kern for having the knowledge to bring 100% resolution to my situation and giving me the most valuable asset in life...your time. Be well and only the best to you and yours,

Es ist nahezu unmöglich jemanden zu erreichen. Auf mein Ticket wurde zwar schnell reagiert allerdings wurden dann vier Mal die selben Daten abgefragt, die ich im übrigen bei meiner Reklamation schon von Beginn an abgegeben habe bis überhaupt mal was passierte. Für den Austausch meines defekten Gerätes benötige ich inzwischen 3 Monate. Das Austauschgerät ist immer noch nicht da. Ich bin gespannt wie es weiter geht.

My anti hair wrap vacuum cleaner was 2 months away from the end of warranty and I’ve had some ongoing issues with the lower duct clogging up and the cylinder not sucking up debris, then the battery stopped charging. Shark replaced the entire unit and asked if I had animals, when I said yes they upgraded me to the suitable cordless unit. They have previously replaced the long part as the flexible bendy part broke. Excellent customer service. I spoke to Tanisha who was so incredibly helpful. No issues at all.

I had a wonderful experience with SharkNinja's customer support. The representative was knowledgeable, efficient, and demonstrated true excellence in how they handled my inquiry. My issue was resolved on the spot without any hassle. Highly recommended!

Delivery company that Shark uses, OnTrac is terrible. Still have not received order and they keep pushing the delivery date out. When I contacted Shark, they basically washed their hands and said contact the delivery company yourself. I was a long time SharkNinja fan. No longer

I had an issue with a mixer and reacxhed out to customer support.
They provided a resolution but forgot I wasn't contacting them from Us despite asking it to me after the first reply.

They then told me to reach out to the bulgarian support, who didn't replies to me since 72h.

To me, it looks like a case where I'm being bounced off so here is my comment.

My daughter bought me this set of Shark Ninja non stick pans 6 years ago. We use them daily especially the frying pans. After 6 years of use and dishwasher washing one started flaking. I threw it away. Another started flaking and I remembered a ten year warranty. No lie I contacted Shark and they have sent me a whole new set of pans and pots at zero cost and warrantied these! I didnt even pay shipping. I have not had this type of customer service or a company standing behind their products since how sears used to be many years ago. I trust this company 100 percent and will buy more of their brands. Oh we also have excellent vacuums from Shark!

This is the second time dealing with Shark customer product support and I have to say, they are by far the best support staff that I have ever dealt with. The first time was over the phone (little longer wait time for live agent, as expected), and the second was the online support (fast email response from live agent) . They are so helpful with support on products that are both under and not under warranty.
I discovered that Shark really stands by their products…. and I can’t say it enough, they really have an amazing support team.

Ich habe drei Staubsauger dieser Firma gekauft, zwei via Amazon, das lief tadellos. Den dritten habe ich bei der Firma selbst gekauft (sie lockte mit einem Angebot). Dieses Gerät ließ sich nicht aufladen. Ich reklamierte — und es folgten endlose vollkommen sinnlose Mailwechsel mit von Unfähigen programmierten Chatbots der Firma.
Es dauerte Wochen, bis ich eine vernünftige Antwort bekam — und eine Retourenetikett.
Nun ist der Staubsauger seit Wochen zurück bei der Firma und sie reagiert nicht mehr, Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Ich werde wohl damit rechnen müssen, diesem betrügerischen Unternehmen — billig sind seine Geräte ja nicht gerade — den Preis eines Geräts geschenkt zu haben. Extrem ärgerlich.

On Saturday, 19th Sept, I accidentally damaged the right basket of my dualzone air fryer. I contacted their customer service and they were brilliant - quickly identified the damaged part, internally ordered it for me and by midday Monday (21st Sept) the replacement was delivered to my door. Even though a small communication error occurred during the process, we are amazed by how helpful and efficient they were. Thank you so much. Sigita Green

My Ninja 9 in 1 stopped working, I called Shark-Ninja and spoke to a lovely lady in Trinidad. She took all my details and those of the device she organised collection of the machine and today, 24 hours after my call, a new device arrived along with a date for collection of the broken one. Top treatment.

Ik was behoorlijk sceptisch omdat ik achteraf pas de reviews las en wilde eigenlijk in de eerste instantie annuleren, maar uiteindelijk toch afgewacht en het kwam toch helemaal goed binnen een dag is onze nieuwe airfryer geleverd.. het was goed en stevig verpakt zoals je het liefst ziet! Klantenservice heb ik geen ervaring mee omdat bij mij alles goed ging gelukkig. Op basis van mijn recente ervaring zou ik hier zeker nog een keer bestellen!
