Mijn account is al half jaar geblokkeerd. Denk dat ik 100 berichtjes heb gestuurd met de vraag “waarom” . Iedere keer een standaard antwoord. Ze kunnen niet zeggen waarom. Er is een onderzoek bezig maar het zou voor mijn eigen veiligheid zijn. Vandaag eindelijk de reden gehoord. Ik zou te vaak iets retour hebben gestuurd. Heel apart. En daar wordt al een half jaar geheimzinnig over gedaan. Gelukkig heb ik er geen tegoed meer open staan want dat hoor je ook vaak. Alles behalve klantvriendelijk
Returns rip off!
They ordered duplicate items tried to cancel one but they refused, so had to send one back didn't receive what I paid for it I I known would have kept it but didn't need 2 dresses the same, not the first time problems with this company, gave them another chance but I'm done with them now !

Terrible customer service and terrible shipping. I’ve now just paid around 1000 NOK for items I never received. If you think paying with Klarna makes it safer, you’re wrong — they will side with Shein. Shein’s customer service can only help within a specific time frame, and they didn’t manage to resolve the issue before that deadline. I’ve spent several hours trying to get help over 3–4 months! In the end, I just received automatic rejections.
P.S. They mess up their shipments and are not clear about which packages have which tracking numbers. So when it comes to which packages you receive or don’t receive, you have no real way to dispute it.

Avoid this company at all costs. My order has been stuck in their warehouse for 12 days with absolutely no movement. Despite contacting customer service several times to report the issue, I have been completely ignored and no one has bothered to resolve my query.
They are happy to take your money, but they have no accountability when it comes to shipping or support. This is a total logistics failure. I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

De senaste tre pyjamasarna jag köpt från er kan jag inte använda, de är för små; över bröstkorg, lår och höfter men längdmässigt är den för stor.
Den verkar vara sydd för någon som saknar muskler helt saknar muskler.
Det är tredje, eller fjärde, gången jag råkar ut för det här trots att det är två olika modeller men jag kan inte hitta mina tidigare beställningar.

Als ik de klantenservice contact helpen ze me met niks verder. Ik moet maar gewoon afwachten tot het wordt opgelost? Ik heb nu al 8 keer een ticket ingediend en een nieuw account aangemaakt waarbij ik exact hetzelfde probleem heb. We zijn inmiddels 5 maanden verder en er is geen oplossing. Heel irritant.

I ordered several expensive wedding dresses to Lithuania, but none of them fit. I carefully followed SHEIN’s return instructions and sent everything back to their warehouse in Poland.
Since then, the nightmare began!
SHEIN customer service keeps asking for the same return receipt and delivery proof over and over again. Every time I send the documents, I receive another email requesting the exact same thing. It has now been over a month, with 15 emails back and forth, and my €250 refund has STILL not been issued! It feels like they are deliberately avoiding issuing refunds. It looks like a systematic way of keeping customers’ money!
This situation is completely unacceptable! Holding a customer’s money for over a month despite receiving the returned items and full proof of shipment and delivery feels dishonest and fraudulent!
At this point, I have no confidence in SHEIN’s customer service. This experience has caused me significant stress and financial loss, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I am seriously considering taking legal action if this matter is not addressed!

I ordered a denim bag on 01/30/2026. They shipped with JCEX. I never received this package and they marked delivered. Said they turned over to USPS. I notified USPS. They never received that package and they sent me a confirmation email to send to Shein which I have 19 times. The agent Nicole, Ian, Roswyln. keep saying they are investigating it and still add or yet refuse my refund. So I have turned it over to consumer affairs like I had to do with the one before this one Ava they had to give my refund. Il 14 novembre 2025 ho fatto un reso combinato, cioè nella stessa busta ho reso articoli di 2 ordini diversi attraverso poste italiane. Ad oggi 07 febbraio 2026 il reso risulta ancora in elaborazione e non ho ricevuto il denaro speso e non c'è modo di poter parlare con un essere umano!

I am extremely disappointed with how SHEIN has handled my recent order dispute. My parcel was left unattended in a communal area, nowhere near my flat door, and no signature was obtained — yet SHEIN continues to insist it was “delivered.” Their own Proof of Delivery photo confirms the opposite.
Despite repeatedly explaining the situation and requesting the only piece of evidence that matters — a valid signature — I received nothing but copy‑and‑paste responses that ignored the facts entirely. Instead of investigating their courier’s mistake, SHEIN repeatedly attempted to shift responsibility onto me, even suggesting that I should contact their logistics provider for evidence. This is not how a reputable retailer behaves.
What makes this even worse is the tone and pattern of their replies. Rather than acknowledging their mistake, they continued sending generic messages that gave the clear impression that nobody was actually reading my correspondence. This level of customer service feels careless, dismissive, and frankly unprofessional for a global brand.
In a competitive market, customer trust matters — and SHEIN is rapidly eroding it. If they continue treating customers this way, people will simply go elsewhere. Companies that avoid accountability eventually pay the price.
My experience has been stressful, time‑consuming, and completely avoidable. A simple admission of error and a fair resolution would have solved this weeks ago. Instead, SHEIN chose the opposite approach.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before purchasing. Based on my experience, SHEIN urgently needs to overhaul both their delivery accountability and their customer service training.

Ich hatte für ca 100 Euro Ware bestellt. Statt der Ware bekam ich dann täglich die Info in der App, die Bestellung sei ausgeliefert. Nur, die habe ich nicht bekommen. Ich konnte bis jetzt auch nicht rausfinden, wo ich das reklamieren kann. Ich habe die Bestellung jetzt abgeschrieben. Temu ist vielleicht nicht perfekt, aber die liefern. Ich habe die Shein-App gelöscht und werde auch nichts mehr aus Asien direkt bestellen.

Don’t ever buy from SHEIN Scam company, items prices increased when put them in basket.
SHEIN asked me to pay in advance £0.01 to get special offers on purchases. However, when put an item for £5 it comes £7 for example. I end up paying them £0.02 ( 7 Dec & 15 Dec)
I know it’s a little amount of money, but it’s a SCAM.
I opened a cases in PayPal, then SHEIN asked me to close the case to get refunds, but never happened.
Last year as well, SHEIN didn’t send me a returned access for their faulty bad quality items.
Really bad experiences with SHEIN.
