Your chat service is very poor. I complained about a delivery that was delivered to the wrong address, but you didn't resolve anything.

Es la primera vez que hago un pedido, pero la ULTIMA. Desde el 15 de octubre del 2025 que realice el pedido, indicandome que entre 20/11/25 y 02/12/25 lo recibiría.
Ya me sorptendia que en todo momento el paquete estaba enviado pero pasaban los dias y no avnzaba.
He esperado al día 2/12/25 para ponerme en contacto con ellos, y la respuesta es que espere al dia 10/12/25 para que pida el reembolso ( cosa que dudo mucho) ya que mee stan diciendo que me dan 200 punto en mi cuenta.
Una verguenza mayuscula

Hice la compra de 2 zapatos y me enviaron un telescopio casi a la medida de lo que sería el tamaño del paquete de los zapatos y tienen el descaro de decirme que enviaron el artículo correcto, es decir me robaron 70$

Never buy anything from Shein again!!! They lost my first order entire parcel total 7 items since 6/11/25, I have an photo to proof their delivery wrongly to other address till now, I have spent 10 days keep communicating with them. They come up to me is to contact logic on your own and ask your payment platform to do as possible for yourself. SHEIN won't do anything for their customer even they know this is their fault! They defence and left their accountability to customer!

SHEIN received my money, I paid to them, this is fact but they sent nothing to their customer😡😡😡 and close my case again!!! Is it scam?

When you place order to SHEIN, please rethink if they are trustworthy.

I know what they will reply to me next, same, they only give machinery automatic response to ask you go through their app....helpless!

De retour wordt niet doorgegeven aan Klarna, waardoor het bedrag blijft openstaan, nochtans heeft Shein mijn retour goed ontvangen, ik bestel er nooit meer (vroeger nooit problemen gehad). Ik ben al 5 maanden aan het proberen om dit recht te zetten en ondertussen lopen de kosten bij Klarna op :(

I have only received one of two packages, and its been a long time since I’ve ordered it, and now it says delivered when I haven’t received an order number or anything, it’s been difficult trying to get in touch with the customer service, and now I’m getting a refund, but only for 3 items while it’s really 9 items I’m missing and I’m not getting a refund for all and it been a really long and complicated process

Sie betrügen die Leute. Ich habe auf de.shein.com bestellt, aber die Sachen haben mir nicht gepasst, also habe ich alles zurückgeschickt. Jetzt sind schon 20 Tage vergangen, seit sie die Ware erhalten haben, und sie schreiben mir, dass sie nichts bekommen haben. Ich werde das bis zum Ende durchziehen, allen davon erzählen und mich an die Strafverfolgungsbehörden wenden!

Entre leur transporteur Chronopost qui ne font rien et le service client Shein.
Heureusement qu'il y a des clients restreints financièrement qui commandent pour vous faire gagner de l'argent.
Commande le 5 oct on est le 21 tjs rien parce que le livreur n'a pas voulu livrer au point relais et mon colis est reparti à l'expéditeur.
Bravo le professionalisme !!!

J'ai reçu une partie de ma commande et la veste livrée en M au lieu de XXL.
Le problème est que d'après eux je n'ai pas passé de commande.
A partir de la je ne peux rien faire
Sinon....passer une heure sur leur site sans trouver la solution .un b,,,,l sans nom

I give shein 3 stars on my good reason is that I have tried contact shein many times and got reply same word over again and I tried to get full refund money back but I only got half money back. I will never shop in shein again ever

The clothing is fashionable but it’s not good quality’s if the price you buy is cheaper.

Hize un pedido a Shein bastante grande, y me enviaron los artículos en dos paquetes, en el primer paquete que recibí el día 14 estaba todo bien. Pero en el segundo paquete que recibí el día 18 faltan dos artículos que constan como entregados y que yo no recibí. Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente pero nadie me soluciona nada. No volveré a comprar en Shein y no aconsejo a nadie que compre en Shein, experiencia nefasta
