I want a full refund for the hair because once again you fraudently advertised inches that you did not provide. You are doing this on purpose but then claim you don't know it happens. I wanted 4 bundles of 20 inches not multiple sizes to make a wig. Never mind the fact that it smells.

I trusted what you said was a mistake but you cannot continue to scam people. You profusely apologized to me but nothing has changed.

Be honest about the inches of hair you sell. I selected 20 inches and yet you sent 16, 20, 18 and 14 and that is not what you advertised.

The models are perfect for the clothing how ever we are all different shapes and the clothing that we admire and order does not do the design justice. Some fabrics look more thicker on display when they arrive the cloth is thin almost a replica of it but not as genuine as it shows ..and spending less than a 100 or more than 100 is still valuable money we invest in our clothing to look good. We can and can't return them it takes forever to get to their original destination weeks of waiting for that perfect outfit . Jewelry and Accessories are perfect some way to small for us big girls I wish you had bigger ring and bracelets sizes too I have other ideas please contact me .

I always order my women clothing, shoes, accessories from shein. I always get what I order. Get to use a coupon with my order. Collect points. I think they should talk away the delivery fee. The delivery driver dose always make the dead line for delivery other then that, If you dont like what you order then you can exchange or they will give back your money.

Shein. I will never order from them again. I returned items have tracking number and even a picture of the guy who returned the package to their warehouse and I have still not received a credit. Klarna and Shein work together I have found their customer service the worst I have ever come across to resolve a dispute.

Love the clothes,, everything is afordable just hate the quality.. some of the stuff i recently brought is super cheap, dosen't hold up well in the washer, and some of the jeans/ fuax leather clothes have horrible smells. Other than that i love shein but i just hope they can work on the quality of their clothes.

The eyeshadow is creamy, blendable and with a primer stays put until YOU TAKE it off. The glitters are gorgeous and the lipsticks are to die for. I did a haul spent 50 dollars and got a HUGE BOX OF GOODIES PLUS 15 BUCKS OFF. ON MY WORD NOONE WILL BE DISAPPOINTED BY SPENDING MONEY ON A HAUL FROM THIS COMPANY!

I started buying clothes from this company this year. I can honestly say that prices are quite amazing considering that most of the clothes are well made (high quality enough), thus my biggest concern lies in labor exploitation in order to justify those prices.

I have been buying stuff from SheIn for like 3 yrs. Now and there is nothing bad I can say about this company? They have great prices fast shipping and high quality products they are my go to place when buying panties!

I order often from Shein and other than one time I had a pants smaller then what it said, that is the only issue I've ever had. Shipping time has improved dramatically.

Worst shop ever. Der schlimmste shop auf Erden. Kundenservice ist nicht ausfindig zu machen. Wahrscheinlich gibt es klar keinen.
Retouren werden nir teilweise anerkannt. Bleibe nun auf einer offenen Rechnung sitzen über Artikel, die längst zurück geschickt wurden. Zudem noch 25€ Bearbeitungsgebühren bezahlt. Wahnsinn!

I have been ordering from Shein for about a year now. I have had nothing but a positive shopping experience, and I am very pleased with the clothing and accessories I have purchased. I have had to return a few items here and there, but the refund process goes smoothly every time. I think the app is easy to navigate too. I am very pleased with shopping from Shein.

All sheins clothes are so cute I love them I got the vintage 1979 shirt and I love it I’m actally wearing it now love this shop

Ordered 4 dresses they were soo nice and the quality was great🤩was skeptical at first after reading all the bad reviews. But was so pleasantly surprised. Shipping was fast and packaging arrived without a dent. Will definitely order again from them cant beat the prices.

I purchased two hats that arrived damaged and crushed. When I went online to return the damaged hats, it stated on the page that I would not be able to return the items at all. I also saw that if I would've been allowed to return the damaged hats, I would've had to pay my own shipping back which is $7.95, a processing and handling fee which is $7.99, and a $3 restocking fee. This is ridiculous.

After I wrote a bad review for Shein, they responded and sent a temporary link for customer service that quickly expired and became unavailable. When I logged on, it asked for pictures of the crushed-up straw hats, that initially arrived in a bag by the way. By the time I took the pictures of the squished hats and went back to add them on, the customer service link had already expired and unavailable.

Shein has no intention of helping their customers. Don’t fall for their good deals. You don’t know what you will get and in what condition. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and money, and go elsewhere to a reputable retailer that doesn't rip people off for a living.

This is an answer to their reply. Yes there was a reply with a link that I tried several times and it does not connect me to anything. Which is the usual for this company. Another runaround and I still dont have my refund. Actually DO something about this situation. You have my email address and my Pay Pal account. Do it now.

Disappointed, I think that will be of good quality but out of my expection, the items I bought are really of poor quality.

I have been ordering from Shein for years. I have never had one single problem with them. If it’s ill fitting or whatever, I just send it back. I order, at least, once per month.
