Honestly the quality and service/shipping have improved greatly since I last ordered off Shein... It takes about 9 days on average for a package to be delivered, if I order them on Sundays (free shipping on Sundays). Dollar rings, earrings, really unique clothes. Self-expression is very important to me so I really enjoy their huge selection. They're not just accessories and clothes either, I've boughten a 1 dollar weekly planner and head massager off there too. However, you just need to make sure that you're not buying expensive-looking clothes off there. Of course a 15$ fluffy prom dress from china won't turn out. Stick with the simple stuff (jeans, crop tops, the like).

When I first purchased from Shein the quality wasn't that great and took forever to be delivered. Since then, I have continued to buy clothes and the quality has really improved! The price is so good and the delivery times have improved significantly. Sizing can be a bit small but happy other than that.

I got the smallest size for the pants on Shein, and they didn't really fit. The pants were way too long, and you'd think the height, not just the length of the pants would shrink too. I tried them on and they were still too big I might be too skinny, but it was seriously unnecessary for the length of them to be that long. Also, it wasn't just these pants. It was other clothes that I ordered.. I don't like how some of their items just never fit when you know that it's your size, it comes in as a different color, and they don't take the item down, or fix it. I think the shipping is pretty good. Every time I order, it's never late, and sometimes, they come early by at least 1 to 2 days. When I get rings, I don't expect them to be perfect, but every rings makes my finger green. I just find it annoying. But literally everything else is perfectly fine with it. I really don't know why I'm complaining, but yeah.. Most clothes I buy just aren't the right size.

I bought the dress, and the style I think that's special, but the quality is just so so, hope to improve the quality level in the future.

Fast fashion but need better service quality

Since i got my package, containing 12 items, i was really happy the wear the clothes. But 5 of them are already broken or beginning to break (out of 7 that i wore). I only wore those things 1 time and they are already screwed up. Do not expect the best quality, i know it's cheap, but honestly not worth it if it's a 1-time item.

I have to say that shein's clothes are really good-looking and cheap, very suitable for people with average income who want to wear their own style. Although the logistics has been waiting for a while, the overall situation is quite satisfactory. Will continue to support this website in the future. But I also hope that shein can produce some clothes for fat girls.

I have bought a lot of my clothes from this website. Very affordable. The jeans are great quality. The blouses very. I don’t like the sparkle ones because I’m very picky with textures. I always read the reviews on an item before buying it, it really helps because I end up getting a great product. I’ve bought leggings(if you don’t read reviews, it might be see through), sweat pants(very comfy), and skinny jeans(great quality). For tops, I mostly bought fashion tops, sweaters, and blouses. I’ve bought dresses and also a lot of lingerie. Always read the reviews before buying, that’s my tip for everyone. The 4 payment installment option really helps me out a lot. Also shipping for me is less than 3 weeks, even when covid hit. Customer service helped me out. Tracking is easy and useful. I recommend shopping from here!

I have placed a few orders through shein & never had a problem until my most recent order, I went on to my account to return some items & noticed I had been charged a £25 processing fee!!!
I contacted the company who have refused to refund the fee even though I was not made aware of it, the reffed me through to some small print that was introduced in September. If you look on their website It shouts about free delivery but nothing about a processing fee.
Seriously who would agree to a £25 fee???
I will not be using them again & will shout form the roof tops about this, onto social media next....

I love shopping at Shein. The quality of their products is very good. The prices are definitely worth it for their products. There are 1-2 products I brought that I did not like the quality, but they certainly made up for it with over 90% of the other items I like. I also get lots of compliments on the items I wear from Shein. I highly recommend shopping at Shein!

Shein is my favorite shopping site by far. They have a couple of things the others don't:

1. Their size charts have both Product Measurements and Body Measurements, which makes it much easier to avoid ordering the wrong size;

2. Free shipping on orders over 29€;

3. Customer Service staffed by humans, not robots.

All that in addition to great products at bargain prices.
