I have been ordering from them for 3 months now and there clothes are great but there customer service is horrible I didn’t receive two of my items and I paid for the expedited shipping and it still took the same amount of time as regular expected delivery so wasted my money paying for faster shipping.They need better customer service

Good experience, great quality of clothing, all the items were in tact and the package arrived on time.

Eu fiz duas encomendas na Shein com 24 horas de diferença. Parte da primeira encomenda já chegou e a segunda parte está quase a chegar e sempre com a atualizações rápidas no rastreio.
A minha segunda encomenda (GSON2864S000SX1) há já uma semana que está presa no "Enviado: International Warehouse Final Package sterilization and inspection completed, package shipped" e, segundo o parcelsapp, está desde dia 19 presa no "pediente para entrada en red". Ainda não recebi nenhuma informação de que a encomenda já partiu no avião, o que normalmente acontece dentro de 2 dias depois das mensagens que mencionei aparecerem. Eu já encomendei antes da shein e só aconteceu uma vez, quando perderam a minha encomenda e estou a ver que esta está a ir pelo mesmo caminho. Eu tentei contactar o apoio da Shein que foi a coisa mais inútil da minha vida e uma perda de tempo. Todas as respostas são automatizadas e não prestam nenhuma atenção nas queixas. Eu estou a exigir que abram uma investigação e que localizem a minha encomenda o mais rápido possível. Isto é falta de responsabilidade com o cliente e uma falta de respeito.

I have been ordering from from SHEIN for a period of three months, so far the quality of purchases l made re dresses fit perfectly, and lovely feel to the material.
The only problems I had : 1. No customer team to contact, the system they have doesn't work. 2. I ordered two items of jewelry, the quality was so bad, it looks like a toy from a child's lucky bag. 2. The delivery service is so slow, that I can take a slow boat to china and back, and my parcel still haven't arrived.

I ordered 6 items and have received only 1. My account with Shein does not show my order. My bank account was debited and I CANNOT reach customer service through the link provided. I have tried for over a week. I have sent emails and have received no response. Shein replies to this review only to instruct me to contact them through the Customer Service link on their page that it does not work. So Shein, don't bother sending another message for me to make contact through your broken link. I will request a refund from PayPal. I'm thankful I did not use my debit card.

I have been ordering from Shein for a few months now and I have received several items from them ranging from women's tops, dresses, hair brush, jewelry and I have no complaints. I absolutely love Shein!!!
My advice for anyone considering ordering from Shein and you are doing your research before you order... ;) I did the same thing.
I always, always look at the reviews for any product that I am thinking about Ordering. If there are no reviews, sorry I am not going to be the first so I don't buy that item. I really like reviews with pictures so that I can see the actual item I am thinking about ordering. I have totally not purchased some clothing items because of pictures posted. Because you and I both know some things look AMAZING in pictures but when you put it on it is OMG what was I thinking. Yep...so seeing real people in the clothes helps a lot.

Also always, always read the descriptions and look closely at the pictures. I was going to order a card of earrings but when looking at the pictures and reading about the product I realized that the posts were plastic...so needless to say I did not buy them.
I have received one item that was just bad and it was a dress, however I was rushing when I bought it and normally I would have looked into it more and would not have purchased it. I just marked it up to lesson learned.
I recommend setting up an account so you can get coupons. I always use my coupons and I make sure to buy enough so I get free shipping.
Just like with any retailer do your due diligence and get all of the info on a product before you spend your hard earned money on it.

I am a shein addict....i bought from them over 30 items...dresses, other clothes....led nail lamp and other stuff....everything was perfect....very quick delivery....just read carefully the size chart and look at the reviews....most of the time they have pictures...the fabric is amazing....the price good

i ordered items from shein returned all the items but still had to pay clearpay £38.75 have sent numerous emails about it & still no response its nearly a month ago

Only have ordered once and paid 12.00 for faster shipping. So far I am totally impressed. The sz is right and descent quality. Odd material but looks great! Worth it!

Salve, ho fatto un ordine su Shein il 29 marzo e il pacco risulta in Italia dal 15 Aprile mi risulta in transito con il corriere dal 15, da domani 28 Aprile scade il tempo massimo di consegna, vorrei sapere dove si trova il pacco; Grazie.

I have been extremely happy with all the products I have ordered from Shein. Everytime I have placed an order it has always been 2 to 3 days early, also they have a great points system that helps with payment, the coupons are always great, help when needed was within an hour. Thanks Shein. I love to shop again. All the reviews are helpful too if you have questions about sizing or how to care for.

Huge variety, but not always consistent quality

Ho scritto ad inizio febbraio una recensione rispetto ad un'ordine effettuato mai arrivato di cui non si hanno notizie, e fino ad ora continuo a non averne, mi è già capitato ed è davvero poco professionale, poiché è stancante ogni volta dover scrivere recensioni negative per avere notizie spero di averne al più presto!! C'è proprio mancanza di serietà a riguardo, e specie nell'assistenza e risoluzione del problema.

I never received my last order and it says that has been delivered. They are horrible I sent several messages on their site and also emails and they were ignoring the fact that I did not get the items. I want my money back but no one answers my requests. This is the number of my order GSHNM823C00JRHJ. I need help. Stay away from them they will never care if you received your order or not. Another thing they have poor quality and the size it does not match with what it says it is.
