It’s good. Products are affordable price but I would be very cautious about the quality of some. But rather than this I love shopping with them

The quality of the items are not very good but they are so cheap so what do you expect?

They always have flexible return policy, and customer service has been great for me. I only used few times but I am happy with them.

They sent me a filthy parcel, wouldn't complain to the couriers, wouldn't send someone to come and collect it, and expected ME to clean the dirt myself and return it. I'm not their employee to be cleaning a dirty muddy mess for free. Awful company. No refund. No replacement. No store credit. NOTHING. Until I return the disgusting parcel. I am claiming with my bank instead

My first order was for hair clips, came sooner than expected and was without any problems. In my second order - 5 blouses - three were perfect, just what I expected; they fit well and looked amazing. One top I didn't like the shape or color on me and the last blouse was wat too big.
No matter how many times I go to their returns screen, fill out the reasons why I want to return - go to NEXT STEP to print and generate a return label I can't do it. All I get is a No Entry Sign - (a little round white dot with a red slash through it) and that's it. No return label, not even a return address and no useful contact information. I've done at least once a day since I got that package... 20 days ago...
Can anyone read their customer manual? Information races by so fast - there is no pause feature - I can't get anything from it. Other than the directions to go to returns and then go through these same useless steps again, and again, and again!
And, no matter what time I have called the number I found for them 1-843-473-8877 it is ALWAYS busy. I've tried 3 am. midnight, 11am, 4pm Pacific Standard times. It's beep, beep, busy!
I am concerned about my third order. May have been stupid on my part, but halfish the secon order was amazing. It's a chance, I do realise that. But if things go wron with it It will be my last order. It's expensive to pay for so many unsatisfactory items.
I consider myself a good customer. I order what I want. I pay for what I keep. I do not make a habit of returning stuff. If I have to return something it is for a good reason and it is returned in original packaging in the condition I received it. I am careful and respectful of merchandise in my care. I expect good customer service commensurate with my own conduct. I am very disappointed by this lack of customer service.

Bought a few items from them just to try and the items did arrive but all in the incorrect size. Why was my size swapped maybe a glitch in the website ordering, ended up giving it all to my sister but can’t say I’ve used them since then. 👍👎

If I really like an item, I just read the review and as long as people say they liked it and it fit, I buy it. I haven’t had a problem yet and I’ve been buying from shein for three years. I WILL admit, that while buying clothing from them is okay, I would not purchase anything else. They end up giving you the wrong accessories, or one of them is broken, and it’s pretty annoying. But I’ve never had an issue with their clothes.

NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE I SPENT OVER $50 ON. CONTACTED THEM AND I ENDED UP JUST AGREEING TO WAIT LONGER FOR IT AND STILL NEVER RECEIVED IT NOR MY NEIGHBORS.

AAAAAAAHHH OHMY GOD shein sent me a free package to review and when i opened it FIFTEEN THOUSAND ROACHES crawled out and tried to eat all of my family, pets, and ME . i am severely angry about this and my house is infested with roaches. UUUUUUUGGGHHHHHH SHEIN IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD SHEIN IS THE WORST I BET BIDEN WILL BE ANGRY ABOUT THIS AGHHHHHHHHH

I love this online store. I have ordered for my daughter who is a size medium/9 and for myself and I am a 3x/20. The clothes are usually true to size for both of us. I get out clothes pretty fast and they are very affordable.

I do love their clothes and it takes a very short time to be delievered! However i am truly disappointed with the fact that the big sizes do NOT match the smile sizes. I'm in between L and XL and some of the "normal" clothes don't have a L big enough so I always have to search on the big sizes, there is not even half of the same pants and the ones that are suggested similar to the smaller ones are not even close to the same or just in general very poor done a.k.a "uglier"

This company is always a hit or miss. I usually get something I absolutely love, or absolutely hate. Some of the clothes are made with the worsts materials and they just aren't worth it. My packages always arrive either 10 days early, or 2 months late. I don't expect much from this company, but every so often I find a couple of absolute gems.

You never get what you ordered and what you order NEVER looks like it’s supposed too !! A scamming company !! Don’t even think that you’re going to get a refund because they are based in China and you will never see your money ever again…. You’ve been warned !!

i haven’t received my order yet and it’s been a month since i orderd and i dont like that they didnt update me with anything if it delays or got lost

Delivery always arrives earlier than the app says. Quality is better than a few months/years ago. Easy to collect points which you can use at check out. Since summer I ordered a few times from them and maybe 2-3 pieces was sent back! Overall I’m happy and will continue to order with them.
