Commande non reçue pourtant j'ai fourni une adresse complète et un numéro de téléphone , je ne sais même pas ou se trouve mon colis à Toulouse aucune précision sur le site, je dois faire tout Toulouse pour le retrouver apparemment.

Absolutely terrible quality, everything I’ve gotten has been just a crappy version of the pictures on their website. Shipping takes a while, and everything comes from China

Definitely not trust worthy my sister ordered an order from July never came and she wrote emails to them no one responded and they didn’t send her money nor the product.

Not too shabby an experience so far with the 3 times I've ordered from this site.
The items were of ok quality given the prices. However, do note that there might be a few items that would come with imperfections, and I've tried to get a refund for that before and they offered an alternative solution by partial refund and I get to keep the item (missing buttons) which I accepted. I like the wide selection of apparel. However, it is quite addictive so I shall try and stop myself from buying more as I should start supporting sustainable fashion instead. I gave it 3 stars as I realise I do not wear the items purchased often since the quality is subpar in my opinion. I'd probably wear them at home. Good for work from home attires.

I ordered two of the same dress in sizes 10 and 12, only one dress arrived in the post but I was charged for two. I've chased this up 5 times now and I do not get a reply or the query gets closed.

I love their clothes. Their prices are really good and they ship right away. I wish they would carry more in XS as their small fits like a medium. They have fun clothes, shoes and accessories. If you are concerned about info being recorded (credit card), set up a paypal account then you can shop with ease. I would recommned this for all online shopping when paypal is an option.

I love the styles and the fabric is good also. It takes a few weeks but the clothes are fabulous in every way.

The experience here is really a nice and easy. I bought 3 bumbags but one plastic. The blue bumbag fell apart as soon as I got it. It had 2 sliver zippers

The stitching was coming apart.that one was from the kids section.

Then I got the hot pink one with 3 zippers for me and a black the material is really strong. The bumbag looks exactly like the picture you see when u order it

Shein is affordable and has cute clothing. Please be mindful of the size guide and reviews. I always go a size up when ordering clothes.

I purchase from Shein maybe every other week when i'm looking for cute things especially on the flash sale! I don't know why there are bad review, now I do not return items I've purchased if it doesnt fit it's usually priced so low I give it away, try one or two items you will like them. Items can take around 4 weeks or so to arrive, they are delayed in transit but I can wait.

I’ve ordered from you over 2 weeks ago still not here! I order over £100 worth of clothes so I expected express shipping. My clothes were meant to be arriving between the 26th-28th and it saying it’s been at my local courier facility for a week but still hasn’t been shipped to me. I would like you to sort this out for me ASAP. I was looking on the app and there isn’t a single section where I can contact anyone about this. My package was split into 2 where 2 items arrived over a week ago and my other larger package still isn’t here!!!!

I made an order on the 5th of June, normally my package would have arrived at 22 of June (the latest). If i check the tracker it says it's still stuck somewhere. Whenever I want to contact Shein it's not possible. I paid for the whole thing and would like to have my clothes or my money back!!
This is real bad customers service!
