Everything I ordered from them was wrong colour, ordered a size up from my usual and was still way to small, and if you don't have a computer with printer to print off a return label you pretty much can't return anything ,

For 3 items, the shipping was 30 days to 2 months. This is insane.

I bought a few items from them 2 yrs ago , and saw right away that it was junk. lousy material mainly all shirts are polyester not cotton blends, ;for that price i guess you cannot expect much. forget about sending anything back ,,,they trick you and dont give u the address, plus you may never get your refund. all these clothings look so nice on models but their products are just an imitation of what the photo shows. I prefer to pay more and get quality material items. from a reputable place that givee me no problems with refunds if necessary, as sizing is often tricky online..I never ordered from them again.

I ordered several times at SHEIN. Some items are poorly sewn, the sizes are sometimes different than stated on the website and I got some items which I have not ordered instead of the ordered ones recently. The later happened several times. It takes me each time hours of taking pictures and describing everything to them and then to reply (after up to 48 hours) to their messages. As a disabled person it is very difficult for me to post something which has been send wrongly or faulty back to SHEIN. I am an online shopper for the reason of first of all NOT having to go to shops with a disability. In one order of 3 items one item has not been send and two were of a very poor quality. I reported it to SHEIN and they expect me to send an item back as a disabled person to get the full refund. Although I have not made the mistake of sending faulty or wrong items.

Tried ordering multiple times from them. Items are always terrible fit and poor quality of fabric. Shipping is fast but don't be mistaken, there are no deals. You get what you pay for.

No offense, but I feel like people who leave positive reviews on SHEIN have very low standards for clothes. I ordered from SHEIN at least 6 times in the past (should’ve learned my lesson by then right?) and only kept the pet/house items. The clothes all went to the donation bin or trash. Returning wasn’t even worth the cost. Inexpensive items obviously for low quality products – in other words, you get what you pay for. Most of my garments looked like the photo but just a wrinkly poor quality version of the one in the product images. While I’m not saying ALL their stuff are poor quality, I felt like 9/10 times, it is.

They’re definitely affordable but keep in mind, super fast fashion with little regards to being environmentally conscious so you could expect a lot of the clothes ending up in landfills with several months of wear. If you want cheap, poorly fit pants and tops, this is the place to go. I wish their designs and styles came in better quality because the selection is very unique and interesting.

SHEIN, is amazing and has great clothes! People complain about shipping taking forever? What do u expect!? It’s from China and will take longer. They offer points, they offer coupons and they offer free shipping! On Sunday’s! SHEIN is my go to for everything because how good there quality is! They have a variety of sizes. For plus and Regular! They have kids to. Love SHEIN so much! :)

Addicted to this place! They don't always have the best quality but the prices can't be beat. Also, the customer service is unlike any other. They are so nice and accomodating. This is why I started with a couple items here and there (they often have free shipping with no order minimum) and then once I got a feel for their quality and sizing I continued ordering more items that fit well and will be great for summer. I appreciate the way they treat me as a customer and so I will keep coming back!

My order never arrived!! I placed an order in Shein on February 3, 2021 and my purchase was divided into two packages. The first arrived without any problem two weeks later, but the second never arrived. In this one came 20/22 garments. I want my money back, but I have received no response from the company. Not just clothes, the website has many things from clothes to things for your pets and at a large variety at that. Shipping can take a while but everything is worth it.

Awesome! I like everything and it’s really good material but i payed express shipping and it came 1 week later so i wasted 25$ on nothing but I tottaly recommend buying clothes and jewerly. I will defenetly order again.

Express shipping is a lie. I have a photoshoot in a few days and I ordered my WHOLE wardrobe off shein with express shipping and paid over $150. Guess what? It’s supposed to arrive tomorrow and is STILL in China. I’ve talked to customer support 3 times because my package has been in the same spot for 5 days and I’ve made it very clear I want a full refund if it’s not here by the 18th so I can go buy elsewhere before my shoot.
Customer care refused to do anything about it until the 17th. By then it’ll be too late. Don’t waste your money on express shipping, and don’t waste your money on shein if you believe their time frames. Everything always comes in three weeks. Ridiculous.
