I have no idea why there’s so many bad reviews!!?? Unless these ppl aren’t aware that when you order from another country your items will ALWAYS be smaller, and usually shipping takes longer. In the US sizing is different. No big deal. Order a size up, and read the reviews = your golden. Same goes for wish, and all other non-USA based stores.

In my experience ordering from them over 30 times shipping has always been prompt, the clothing is beautiful, and has such a wide selection. I always receive my orders in an extremely timely fashion... usually one week from the day I order. Which is AMAZING for it coming from where it does. Idk if I’ve gotten lucky.. but I would be fine receiving the items in a month, bc they offer the products for less money. ** I usually wear a medium, so I order a large. I wear a 10 in jeans so I order an XL in their jeans/shorts.

The sizing is so janky from this company. I’ve ordered swim suits, shorts and tops and 90% were not true to size. I am a size 2 in bottoms and some sizes were too big, some too small. The swim suits are horrid, body parts hanging out of every angle. The quality is awful and falls apart after washing. Out of the 10 items I ordered, I did like one top and a belt. You win some you lose some, best of luck.

Shein customer service is literally pathetic. If we order something there is no guarantee that you will receive your item or not. pathetic peoples are hired for business bunch or loosers and stealers. I ordered shoes which were on sale and it cost me around 600rs order is confirmed and it's not shipped yet more than 10 days I called customer service about the order first of all they were very rude they don't knw how to talk even I was very very polite they told me that the item price is 4000rs you got it on sale just see the price of the item and then talk what the hell is this how can you suppose to talk to your customer like that.? I bought it you guys put that on sale everybody will buy it obviously just because I'm buying on sale does that make me a begger ?! Thats so stupid I asked him when will it get shipped he told me that it's out of stock I asked him if it was out of stock then how would I be able to place order he told me it will be delivered when it will be in stock.. what the hell is this what about my money?? Such a pathetic customer service shein has. Shein is fraud company!

@shein_in they blocked me because I shared my reviews. It's a pathetic experience. I placed an order and their courier partner shared the wrong status that customer refused it. And I didn't even get a single call. Then after I chat with shein representative they gave me courier person number no body is responding. And they are just asking and sharing the same thing. Whenever I start
live chat they just do the same thing. Everytime they start conversation from the scratch. It's already more than 3 weeks. Their new representative always shared the same status without even checking the last chat history. It's more than 3 weeks still there's no status.

I have placed my order on Wednesday 6th of August 2019 to wear it on my friend’s birthday on 13 August and now it’s already 12th of August and my friend’s birthday is tomorrow although I still have no clue about where my order is . The tracking detail still says “Sorting Center Order Processing” it has been saying like that from date 8th and no update on the track ever since . I’m so dissatisfied with this . I have been in love with SHEIN for so long and this is the first time SHEIN has let me down . So can anyone please help me. My order number is ZKL73111 and my Shipping No. is 13961191413596 . I placed my order on 2nd april, 2019. When i track my order, i am seeing "international fulfilment center package dispatched" for the last 3-4 days. I am from India. Can i expect my order to be delivered before 13th? I need it asap.

Worst service
It's my first order with shein and the product is such that has given allergy to my body, it smells so bad and there after no point of contact and options available to return. When I go to return policy it constantly says error.
I attempted to reserve a call it says request is full.
No help on email or chat available.
It's such a aweful experience, avoiding purchasing anything from Amazon this time for a change I opted shein and have a huge regret coz Amazon still takes care of its customer and have active return policy.
