Habe über eBay ein S600 gekauft . Die Bremsen funktionieren nicht da der Rahmen schief ist . Nach 3 Monaten Schriftverkehr sollt schließlich ein neuer hinterradmotor verschickt werden. Seitdem bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr geschweige denn Ersatz. 1200,- Euro für ein kaputtes Fahrrad, absolut nicht empfehlenswert

I purchased an S26 bicycle online. After the purchase, Shengmilo informed me via email that the model was no longer available and offered me the MX05 for the same price. I accepted the proposed offer, and the only downside was the one-month wait for shipping since it was not available in Europe. The bicycle arrived, functions perfectly, and I am pleased with my purchase. It offers excellent value for money. Currently, after three months and 300 km, I have encountered no issues.

I bought 2 S600’s. Fabulous service delivery way spot on as as describe, and the bikes are just as good 👍🏼 done around 100mile on them so far without any issues.

Best ebike on the market! It’s fast and very comfortable over bumps and pot holes 🕳️ battery is very good! It gets me to work and back 30 miles no problems with plenty of battery power.

I was surprised how good the breaks are being mechanical but they are very good.

I happen to own a few ebikes of various types by different manufacturers. The MX05 is the most beautiful and most capable for my off road ambitions. yet, the most appreciated thing is the after sales support team's response when some technical issues encountered. Thank you again!

Achtung! Kauft keine Bikes von Shengmilo!

Leider kann ich kein Minus vergeben! Der Lenker wurde falsch angebaut! Rechts und Links wurde verwechselt! Ich habe links den Gasgriff! Muß ihn nach vor drehen und nìcht zu mir ziehen! Habe die Schaltung rechts montiert, damit ich überhaupt schalten kann! Der Ständer wird ständig locker! Egal wie fest ich ihn anziehe!
Die Reichweiten entsprechen nicht einmal Ansatzweise den Angaben! Anfänglich schaffte ich 60 bis 65 km pro Ladung! Bis ich endeckt habe, daß die Reifengrösse mit 28 Zoll eingegeben (Display) wurde! Nach der Richtigstellung der Reifengrösse auf 26 Zoll, bin ich nur mehr 45 bis 50 km weit gekommen (Pedelecbetrieb)! Was 2 Zoll ausmachen! Ich bin 60 und kein Rowdy! Ich fahre größtenteils gemäßigte Geschwindigkeiten! Jetzt nach ca. 5 Monate habe ich ein Problem, wahrscheinlich, mit dem Akku! Ich komme gerade mal 25 km weit! Das Display zeigt 2 Striche von 5 Akkuleistung an, kann aber keinen Meter mehr weiterfahren! Sobald die Unterstützung (Motor ) einsetzt, bricht das Netz zusammen, das Display schaltet sich aus!
Mir wird von Shengmilo Hilfe verweigert! Shengmilo weigert sich, entsprechend der Gewährleistungspflicht das Bike mängelfrei zu machen!

Auszug von einem Mail des Kundenservices:
"Hallo, das sollte ein Fall von Unterspannung Batterie sein, ich schicke Ihnen eine Platine, um es zu ersetzen, denken Sie, es ist ok? Oder Sie zahlen 200 Euro Porto, ich schicke Ihnen eine neue Batterie und senden Sie eine Platine, denken Sie, es ist ok?"

Ich sollte die Platine (BMS) im Akku wechseln! Ich verliere damit alle weiteren Garantie- und Gewährleistungsansprüche! Dann sollte ich einen Techniker einen Auftrag für diese Tätigkeit geben! Den Techniker bezahlen und ich bekomme das Geld zurück (ohne schriftliche Vereinbarung)!

Das ist jetzt alles vom Tisch! Ich soll € 200.- bezahlen, dann wird mir ein Akku zugesandt! Ansonsten erhalte ich keine Unterstützung! Niemand wird beauftragt das Fahrrad sich anzuschauen und den wahren Fehler zu lokalisieren!
Die € 200.- soll ich auch ohne einen Beleg überweisen!

"Hallo, wir senden diese Platine nicht, um zu sagen, dass das Problem definitiv gelöst wird, sondern nur, um zu sagen, dass es möglicherweise gelöst wird. Damit Sie das Problem bequemer und schneller lösen können, können wir Ihnen eine neue Batterie zusenden. Sie zahlen einige Versandkosten und wir organisieren die Lieferung für Sie, okay?"

"Hallo, Sie können auf diese URL klicken, um sie anzuzeigen: ht*****************************************

Unsere Batterie wird für 430 Euro verkauft, und Sie müssen 200 Euro bezahlen. Diese 200 Euro sind nicht der Gesamtverkaufspreis dieser Batterie."

Obwohl der Verkäufer eine Gewährleistungspflicht hat, lehnt er diese ab und erpresst mich mit € 200.-! Für den Kunden fallen im Gewährleistungsfall keine Kosten an, auch keine Versandkosten! Zahle ich nicht, erhalte ich keine Hilfe!

Ach ja, mir würde das senden des Akkus von Wien nach China mit der österreichischen Post € 90.- kosten!

Ordered my S600 on a Sunday night and it was delivered on Tuesday. All in good condition and easy to assemble. It rides and runs brilliantly.

The think I like cycle speed the think I completely dislike cycle battery

Compré 2 bicis mx03. La primera se estropeó en la primera salida a 4 km de mi casa. La otra aguanto algún km más. Si pretendes subir una cuesta larga, te vas a quedar sin bicicleta el primer día y vas a tener que volver dando pedales con lo que supone mover una bici de 35kg y el ancho de las ruedas.
Referente al servicio técnico, como con la primera bici fue nada mes recibirla y estaba en periodo de devolución, me mandaron un motor nuevo, que tampoco me ha durado una salida. De la otra bici no he tenido respuesta.
En resumen, las bicis no cumplen su cometido, la calidad es 0 y si te venden una bici así, evidentemente el servicio técnico no te puede cubrir las deficiencias ya que no tiene solución.
Puede (y solo digo puede) que en ciudad los motores aguanten, pero, ?quien compra una bici tipo enduro para ciudad? ?como puede ser que te vendan una bici que no aguanta una salida por el monte?
