I needed a dress for a last minute wedding and the dress arrived within 48 hours after ordering! The quality is also lovely and the sizing is perfect, great customer service

Travelled all the way from Lancaster, the customer service was terrible, I purchased a full price £500+ outfit with no discount at all, when I returned home they’ve left on the security tag when I’ve got a wedding tomorrow. Customer service provided NO RESOLUTION AT ALL.an avoid at all costs do not respond to emails . They’re not will to send a courier to pick it up to return the dress as it’s of no use to me now

A good range of clothes and sizes. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The clothes that I bought it’s not fit size. The return process is not great. You have to pay for postage and packaging and you won’t get your delivery money back which is £7.99.

Awful service. Dress came damaged. Emailed straightaway no answer from Shiffonz. Appalled since I spent £160 on the dress! For it to be damaged.

Sent me a damaged dupatta, i have emailed for return and have had no response

The wrong item arrived and I needed it last minute so had to keep it. Can’t upload pictures here so cannot show how different they are. 2 starts because delivery was quick

Purchased a mens suit here, it was on sale and they tried overcharging me on the advertising price. Secondly when returned home the suit has been worn prior and they've resold a worn item. The item has start to fray and I spent £220 altogether. Won't be returning.

I have bought first time from here and the suit is so elegant .. I loved it .. will be ordering in future too ..

Very bad experience. I ordered two suits and they only delivered one and did not refund the amount for the other suit. I will never buy with them again. Not trustworthy. I feel like someone stole my money. How they can charge me for something they didn't deliver? They don't respond to messages and now stop taking calls as well. History repeats. When it happens with them then they will realise how it felt.
