Wouldn’t even rate the outfit or customer service one star!

The outfit was poor quality, the work on the outfit broke off within the first two hours of wearing it. I contacted the Bradford store where I explain what happened to a female member of staff she responded with ‘I don’t know what to say’ what does she mean she doesn’t know what to say? How unprofessional, if she doesn’t know what to say or do she shouldn’t be employed there.

She then requested images which I sent over they refused to assist and said no refund would be provided as it has exceeded 14 days, so I requested a partial refunded they still refused. I told them I would be leaving a review and they did not care and ignored my message.

Would not shop from here again and would advise everyone else not too!

I really like the website but the it is to expensive so I think if the price were cheaper like 100 or 50 I will buy everything they are to expensive so don't look here.

Really good quality just annoying that P&P is so expensive. They need to have a cheaper option that’s under £4 rather than just a fast track £7 delivery option.

The outfit I purchased was stunning, looks exactly as the picture, infact better in person. Great quality! Loved the outfit! The service I received from Shiffonz was also great, online and in the shops! Overall very happy with the purchase. ☺️

The staff at the Bradford store were very helpful..they looked for other sizes that we required online..to see availability.

Very fast delivery, packaged well. Lovely suit for the price, unfortunately size too small for my daughter and sadly need to return.

Purchased first time from this site, really happy with all 3 products that I bought,
Sizing is very accurate and material depending on the design was spot on,
Wore the black suit and received many compliments, no issue with any delivery, received on time.
Would recommend to have a look at the site you may find something you like

I didnt get my order said no one home but i was, then took a week to send it back to me then said we cant do then said will come tue but gave to the wrong house, wrong address 10 roads away, then said its lost in the post, when the lady came said its in my house but i cant give coz the driver will come , then i said give me refunded still wasiting for it , waiting over a week for my money to go in my account,cant never order from u again 0/10

Its happening 2nd time i ordered some thing at 1st it wasn't in stock n than i ordered something else than they said i hv to pay more 12 pounds for delivery when i already paid 8 pound delivery charges for 20 pound suit so much disappointed doesn't mention the in stock stuff n proper delivery charges

Odd set up .althought the online shop was great .can't say the same in regards to store (Bradford).
I needed to order in place of something that was damaged (they called to offer me this choice )watsap is shocking ..takes forever to reply not only that. .not very courteous message procedure either .I asked specifically for them to keep me informed. Ignored me ....sent one suit by itself ..again didn't tell me ...
Rang store on day of returning items to make sure was ok to do so ..Rang landline 18 times .no answer.....
Then at the store I asked the girl on the till who BTW was stood at the counter right whre the phone was...and said "the owners don't work weekends so no one answers the phone " the shop was literally dead ....
She herself had no idea on return process so called for help. Nice man .well mannered. Who did the return for me .
In all honestly Shiffonz needs to send staff to learn how to deal / speak with people and manage their business because in all honesty I've never seen anything like it .
The shops lovely and so are the clothes ...the watsap and the female staff is a thumbs down from me.
You keep apologising to people who have complained...yet it continues .shows how it's only money that talks...no care for change .
