Please be warned
Please be warned. Clothes can differ to the the picture showed. I purchased 3 lawn suits and 2 of them had less work/ embroidery to the one I purchased for my eldest daughter. Iam assuming because the other 2 were in smaller sizes. The suit itself is nice and fitted well but I disappointed it wasn’t the same work/ detail as the one I got for the eldest. They should mention this in the details or under the sizes.

The small size for toddlers and very young kids do not have embroidery and details. It is to make it comfortable for them and yet match mummy and Daughter for this EID. This is mentioned under the image of the item. We hope you understand

The sizing was so wrong
The sizing was so wrong! I ordered large and it was a small. The store where helpful and said they will refund me if I measure across with a tape and send them a message via whatsapp! It was wedding week and I was too busy so I sold it to someone else with loss of delivery cost!

The delivery was quick and ordering online was great but the quality of the items purchased was not good diamond fell out from the most expensive outfit the tunic had fancy buttons and that fell off on opening the packaging

Not happy
I really wasn't happy with the item or the service. I placed my order on 04/03 and I had to pay £8 for delivery which I didn't understand because it wasn't next day delivery or something. It said delivery would take 2-3 days so to pay £8 delivery charge was bizarre. I received a message that my parcel will be delivered on 08/03 but wasn't. I rang Shiffonz who confirmed it would be delivered on 10/03 instead. I recieved the dress and it wasn't like the picture online. It looked like a midnight blue online which is the reason I got it, but in real life it is a dark blue. Luckily, my niece liked it and wants to keep it otherwise I would have returned it. Not happy at all. Shiffonz are usually pretty good, I normally go to the branch in Bradford. My first experience shopping online with them, definitely not happening again.
