My son wanted a red one. It stains everywhere it touches after being worn in the rain!

Took forever to come. When they did arrive, the shin defenders were so disappointing - the padding is cheap and thin, and the elastic around the top is tight and uncomfortable, to the point that my kids won’t wear them. Both pairs went straight in the bin! Which is extremely annoying given the price!

Fantastic product and excellent customer service. Very impressed!

Ordered for my son last Christmas, he loves them, bit tricky to get on and off but he really likes the design. Just ordered another set for a present and need for this weekend, forgot how long it takes to get them so that’s a bit annoying but happy with them other than they come from china probably by boat 🤷🏼‍♀️

Awful customer service. Took forever to arrive and on arrival sizing was far too big (my son is 7 so I went with small as per advised but they are far too big) I’ve asked repeatedly for an exchange as XS is needed (despite being advertised for 3-6 year olds) they repeatedly sent ‘stallong’ messages and asked for photos, which I eventually sent. Now they’ve sent this confusing message, with a list of shipping prices :

We understand that you may be dissatisfied with the product or wish to change the color or size. In these cases, the full amount paid at purchase is required.

A very expensive and disappointing gift. How is it so difficult to advise me on the exchange process as I’ve asked numerous times?! Seems like a scam.

Avoid! Took an age to arrive and I missed the opportunity to gift them. Asked for refund, once they arrived, offered 50% refund & to keep item. This was 4th November.

At one point they emailed me some else’s name and full bank details to confirm they’d sent the refund. Since then I’m greeted with the same ‘sorry you’re not happy’ email. They then ask for all my details (again) and for me to explain ‘the issue’.

Still not received a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Awful delivery, even worse customer service.

Shame, i didnt read this before ordering. The product is absolutely rubbish. Absolutely rubbish quality product. Absolutely bad bad bad.

Customers service is awful. There is no way you can get money back. They keep messaging back every time different person. Asking why you are not happy. And then offer you 30% refund to keep the product. I dont want 30% back. I want 100% back as product is so low quality is unreal.

Please dont be as stupid as me..DONT give your money to this rubbish company

Avoid. I ordered a product which I didn't like. I asked for refund and it took long time for me sending messages after message to receive a refund. Again they only refunded 75%. It is Chinese company and the quality of materials are not as we expected.

Very easy to use website, good selection for boys, girls and adults! I needed these for our 7 year old great grandson. He’s extremely pleased with them. Great idea easy to put on very well made and excellent value. Highly recommended

The products delivered do not match the images. The sizes are a joke. The ankle protection part is way oversized. As a coach of youth teams, I would not recommend buying! Do not make the mistake that social media forces you in to which is purchase based on many everyday complaints / issues. Ie. Knocks to the ankle, feels uncomfortable. This product will not resolve these.
Also, the issue with the customer service side is because the manufacturer is based in China and Shindefender is nothing more than a front end that you can get ChatGPT to set up in an hour.
Hope this helps to save many in the UK from the same mistake that I made.

Ordered for granddaughter for Xmas good product but took over a month to be delivered

Customer service is non existent!
Ordered weeks ago - no tracking, no updates, no response to emails. So what does this purchase protection get me? I want a refund!!!!

Disgraceful, delivery promises were way off. No update, no response to emails. Don’t buy from them if you’d prefer to keep your money in the bank. Customer service non existent. Will never buy from them again. Nice bitten, twice shy.

Very very poor responce from this customers services department numerous requests for more information and then said they can’t help. Do not order from this company they do not reply and when they do their responce time and help is not offered

I ordered these online from their pre-christmas mass advertising campaign from social media. It was a present listed from Santa Claus. "Expected delivery" was a few days, no issues, right?! Fast forward to 19th Dec and still no delivery, like 2mths later....and despite emailing etc no response. I have 2 very disappointed boys Christmas morning now ;(

Ordered but still not arrived. On further investigation this is a Chinese site and the goods are then shipped in. The same shin pads are on Amazon for half the price. Quality in reviews is questionable and several clubs have banned these type of guards as they do not offer the same level of protection.
