This was my second order my son loves them and wouldn’t change them at all. Easy and light weight and no slip or movement on his lag

Ordered on 26th November, still have not received my order.

Broken order tracking links and no clue that it will be shipped from China. If I knew that, would never have ordered.

Constant communication that it's still on the way doesn't help if your links are broken.

Looks like I'll be getting a chargeback on my credit card.

Keep getting told they are out for delivery. They’ve been ‘out for delivery ‘ since 02/12/25!!!
What are they doing? Walking their way to me??
Have asked for a gerund only to be ignored

Dont be buying from this company. Shocking delivery timeframes. Bought ours on 18th November and still not here. Buy from Joga or someone else!!

I ordered it more than 3 weeks ago and never received it. Now, if I try to visit the website, it doesn’t exist anymore…

Have tried to order, but this magical discount keeps adding more money,
£29 for the pads
£1 postal protection
£.49 post
Remove the protection and post goes up to £2, an increase
On the order page they are £26.10 when added to basket they jump to £29 when you apply a discount.

the same item is available on amazon for £6 and arrives in 2 days this seems very similar to A knife sale as its a similar website.

Great product and one of the few pairs of shin pads little man will wear without moaning.

Had the blue pair and then ordered ankle protectors which he loved.

All in one version ordered for Xmas. A little pricey but ultimately a good product.

Two weeks later after paying for express shipping and they’ve only just been posted. Disgustingly slow service from China. No idea what the quality is like yet, but my expectations are pretty low at this point. No company that functions this slowly could possibly have any pride in quality assurance.

I Got fit for my son's soccer team, and all the kids love them! They stay in place and provide great protection without any bulkiness.

Na een keer wassen volledig uiteen gevallen. Contact gezocht. Helaas is de per mail ontvangen belofte om nieuwe te sturen nog niet waargemaakt. Na meerdere mails en contactformulieren ingevuld te hebben ben ik er nu wel klaar mee.

Absolutely terrible do not buy. Scam.
They arrived but were mini. Wouldn’t fit a doll and completely rubbish. Scam website can’t get a refund.

dont touch these with a barge pole ordered two for my grand children, not cheap after their magic discounts and no sign of them . messaged them to say where are they ? if you don't know i want a refund they just replied ok ill sort your refund no explaination that they hadn't dispatched after 10 days from order . still not had the refund as well. appalling

Be very wary if using this company, they pretend to be UK based but ship from China and deliveries are very slow.
Some 20 days later delivery arrived but most of items missing and bag sealed.
Raised a compliant and no response within 16days and then advised they had raised to the delivery company and no solution. Responded and ignored again!
Raised a claim through my credit card and funny enough within hours get the below response offering that they would have sorted it, but hadn't in 20 days. Complete scam of a company, do not order.

From people who have ordered advised these are the same as the cheap items from China just with the Shindefender logo on them.

I ordered two pairs. However, Shindefender only sent me one of them. This was weeks after waiting for the delivery. I complained and they ignored me. I followed up and they finally 'agreed' to look into the delivery. I still haven't received my full order and it's been nearly two months. Poor service and rude customer support.

I'm in the process of following up with a third party as they have still not fulfilled order but charged me in full.

38 days and still no shin guards. Communication with Nikki is extremely slow - no delivery. No refund. Ordered two pairs.

This company is a scam.

This company a scam! We tried to return the shinguards because they were too small and here is what they wrote after I asked for a full refund:

False Promises
Everything was bad from start to eventually getting my credit 4 weeks after placing my original order - shin pads and an Football Aid Trainer
Customer Service not interested
Nothing Malicious just a very bad experience
Will defo not use again

Very comfortable but unfortunately referees are saying they are not up to standard and cannot be worn in matches.
