Terrible service. They sent me the wrong size so I asked for an exchange or refund. But they are still making me cover the shipping costs. When it was their fault for sending me the wrong size.

Terrible quality product, wasn’t even close to matching the pictures on Instagram. I bought a “swimsuit” which had a snap closure underneath so obviously not swimwear, their customer service refused to help, best they would offer was a return at my own expense

PAS OP! Ik ben opgelicht. Retour hebben ze niet verwerkt terwijl ik deze op tijd volgens hun retourbeleid op eigen kosten heb geretourneerd. Dit hebben ze niet doorgezet naar Klarna waardoor ik nu het incassobureau achter mn broek aan heb

This Company is a rip-off! Do not order from them. I wish I would've seen these reviews before purchasing!
When my dress arrived, it did not fit the sizing guidelines, so it didn't fit me. Also the rinestines that were glued on began falling off immediately upon taking it out of the package. The fabric and boning are cheap
And unlined. I expected more from a gown that cost me over $300. When I asked to return it, they said no because the quality was fine when it arrived! What a scam! And to make matters worse, I paid with pap-pal credit which I now have to make payments on for something I can't even use! I am so discusted!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Don’t buy from them! They don’t reply and the dresses are aweful.

I am waiting for my order for more than a month…I have send them about 7-8 emails and only answer in one more than two weeks ago told me that my order is ready to be delivered.. no news yet, no tracking number! They didn’t give you your money back!

Auf keinen Fall bestellen!! Habe ein Kleid bestellt und nie erhalten!!! Erst hiess es sie haben meine Adresse nicht gefunden und das Kleid wurde vernichtet. Dann wurde gesagt, es müsse bei der deutschen Post sein. Alles abzocke!!

This is absolute garbage! The company is a scam! My friend received the wrong dress and the company won't give her money back or even send her the right dress! It was their mistake and they don't want to take accountability for it. Awful experience, don't purchase anything from them if you don't want to get robbed!

That quality is absolutely poor, don’t purchase in that company, they don’t return me back the money. I purchased a dress looks like curtain. The customer service is very bad. They said is going to return me 5% of this dress that was expensive..

Quality and fit of dresses are really bad, poorly made and material looks cheap. Avoid!

Complete scam!! Not responding now, no refund, no dress. Do not use them !!! Absolutely livid. How is this still even allowed to happen????

Eigentlich verdienen die gar kein Stern!!! Wie schon in den Kommentaren zu lese ist , hat es mich genau so getroffen. Der größte misst allerzeiten!!!! Aufkeinenfall bestellen !!!!!!!! Ich möchte nicht mal die versandkosten bezahlen! Da hieß es ; behalten sie es doch (Hauptsache ich zahle ) oder versuchen sie es an die Familie. Wie lustig 250€ verschenken was aussieht wie der letzte dreck.

Ik zou hier zeker niet bestellen.
Ik heb namelijk 3 kleedjes besteld,
De kleedjes zijn aangekomen & zagen er helemaal niet uit zoals op de foto kwa kleur en lengte en vorm haha. Dit is een van mijn ergste shopping ervaringen.
Ze hebben mijn retour niet geaccepteerd omdat er niks mis was met de kleedjes.
Als je uw geld weg wilt gooien doe maar.
Bpost heeft mij niet verder kunnen helpen ondat zij dit niet acepteren aan de doanen.zeer spuitig wand ik heb hier namelijk 470 euro gegeven aan kleedjes die ik nog niet eens kan dragen zo erg zijn de kleedjes trekt echt niet op de fotos zoals de site.
Ik heb een week lang geprobeerd om mijn geld terug te krijgen maar ze zijn ook helemaal niet klantvriendelijk.
