Every time ShoeLab never disappoints. Great customer service (they reply quickly!) And my goodness my shoes have come back looking brand new! Highly recommend.

Tried to make me pay extra for bits that weren’t necessary. Not great at communicating how long it will take. Shoes came back not as clean as expected, the black had leaked onto the cream suede

Avoid this company at all costs they are nothing more than complete time wasters and slow to respond especially the owner

Terrible service sent pair of expensive valentino trainers. Came back with logo half missing on one shoe. Also the trainers had shrunk and dont now fit ! (I can only assume they use high temperature methods of cleaning ?). Basically they are not now wearable. I would never use this company again !!

Well I sent
4 pair of designer trainers which I would of give away or shot out because of what state their we’re in.. someone recommended me to send them to shoe lab, And honestly my trainers came bk as good as new I would recommend to anyone..

They originally quoted me £60 for a shoe clean , they stated that the issue could be rectified with a clean . Even though I had previously stated the shoes didn’t require a clean just a stain removal . Then stated I needed to pay £100+ for a paint job. Shoes still looked dirty even though they stated they had been cleaned . During this time their responses were terrible. I was so upset with the wait time I asked for the shoes back . The suede on the shoes were ruined. They held my shoes for 2 months ! Horrible experience

Shoe lab remediated my Prada America Cup trainers which I bought in poor condition from depop. I took a risk in paying £110 for trainers and then a further £150 on 'fixing' them. This was so worth it as Shoe Lab have bought them back to beyond life. They look close to brand new again when they were pretty bleak beforehand. Be patient with the process as you get the results you are after. Plus they are easy to communicate with throughout and give you updates where necessary or you require - which I know is an expectation but not all companies deliver the appropriate level of service, Shoe Lab do though. Definitely recommend and will be doing the same again!

Summary: Do not used you want your trainers destroyed.

Background: trainers had been cleaned before by a local company but they hadn’t got all the marks out, so after seeing some good pictures online I thought I’d try shoe lab.

What happened: I assume they were thrown into a washing machine as the heels went soft, branding came off and the colours ran. Not sure a hand wash would cause this.

Their response: we can fix that and materially change your trainers for at least another £100. I just got the trainers back quickly so they didn’t have a chance to do more damage, however they tried to get me twice to agree to extra work I didn’t want.

Do not use if you value your trainers and want to pay silly additional charges.

Things were great to start, I messaged to get a more detailed quote with pictures of my shoes, I had a quick response within a day, again I was notified once my shoes had been received and asked how long it would take, again I had a response within a day stating the cleaning process was a week which I thought was great. 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so reached out for an update, I contacted them by messenger and email only this time I didn’t get a response for a month I was told further work was needed which I agreed to, the next update I received was that my shoes were finished and will be sent that week however it was a further month before I received my shoes and did not receive any responses to my messages until they had dispatched my shoes. I sent my shoes on 08/05/2025 and didn’t receive them again until 08/07/2025. Had I been updated and my expectations managed in the timeframe of the process I would have been happy but the lack of updates leads to feeling like you have been scammed.

Second to this the quality of the work that has been completed does not match the price of the service I paid £149.99 to receive shoes which yes have been cleaned but mostly repainted quite shoddy and no real care to over painting. Additionally the heel patches have just been thrown in completely changing the fit of the shoe as they have not been fitted correctly.

My only advice would be to avoid using shoe lab

I was very dissatisfied. My shoes came back wet and the service was appalling. I was given a quote and then the price was doubling all the time. There was no consistency.

I paid almost £100 to have my shoes repaired. I sent photos before hand to ask whether the dents and chips in the leather could be repaired and told they could be. Unfortunately they weren’t repaired. The shoes remained unwearable. I didn’t see any difference in the shoes and was left very disappointed and wouldn’t use or recommend this again

Fantastic job done by the Shoe Lab Team. Spoke to them about my pair of Football Boots and what needs to be done and they responded very well and done a fab job. Highly recommended to anyone who needs there footwear cleaned or repaired in any way.

I was lucky enough to own a pair of Tom Ford white sneakers that had been very well used for the best part of three years and showed all the classic battle scars to prove it. Having sent them in to Shoe Lab, I couldn't have been more impressed with how they've been brought back to life. The grazes and small scuffs in the leather have been restored and the painted leather tongue has also been repainted and looks like new. I've only deducted 1 star due to some minor communication issues - but full credit to the owner who did call to apologise which shows a level of care that perhaps went above and beyond. Highly recommend

Poor cleaning quality. And they offered additional payment for some additional “works”. Never again.

Sent these 3 pairs in total 2 sliders and 1 pair of trainers. They were ready for the bin and they’ve come back literally brand new! They arranged Collection from dpd and sent them
Back all within a week as I needed them
For my stag do! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Great service. 2 pairs cleaned up proper! Brought back to life.

Absolutely Outstanding Service – Like Magic!
