Made an order on 1st January. Got an email confirmation of my order but no delivery. Chased with a couple of e-mails, and finally requested they refund me. Complete silence. Very bad customer service. Better to buy on Amazon.

Twelve days in and no item. I contacted them and received a reply from Riain Kerly.
Waited and still no order. Tried to call the number on her email but gos through to a different number then answerphone.
Asked for a refund. If not will contact my bank. Used the dental sticks from my dentist and they are good. What a shame.
Will update stars if and when I hear back from them.
Update. They have emailed me back with an apology and have cancelled my order. I await my refund and will update this when received. Their email was prompt and very apologetic in their defence. They are updating logistics and in transition to improve the service.

Falsche Zahnbürste bestellt.
Nach Rücksprache mit einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiterin hatte ich am nächsten Tag die gewünschte Bestellung. Dies ist wirklich sehr , sehr kundenfreundlich. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Non existent Customer Service as they do not respond to emails. No response from them to the 2 emails I have sent them I messaged the company via FB messenger yesterday re the status of my order & was incorrectly assured that I would be contacted today. Avoid this company.

Keine Lieferung am 08.10.2023, aber Geld abgebucht. Heute ist der 23.10. und ich habe weder mein Geld zurück noch eine Zahnbürste. Kontakte mit dem Kundenservice waren erfolglos und es wurde auf DHL verwiesen, ohne mir das Geld rückzuerstatten.
Ich warte ab und werde einen Rechtsbeistand aufsuchen.

It looks like scam website(( it passed 2 weeks and nothing, they ignore and don’t reply to my messages, they didn’t give any tracking number . I still didn’t receive my order
Upd: I could reach the team of curaprox on Facebook we fixed the issue and found my parcel , but it impossible to connect with them through email or form on their site. So if you have some questions, text them on Facebook

Ich finde die Curaprox 5460 Ultra soft mega. Es gibt tolle Farben und auch vom Putzergebnis bin ich vollkommen überzeugt. Leider finde ich etwas schade das beworben wird das wenn man den Newsletter abonniert eine Gratiszahnbürste bei der nächsten Bestellung bekommt und dies nicht passiert. Nach Anschreiben des Kundenservice wird man vertröstet und bei der zweiten Anfrage bekommt man gar keine Rückmeldung mehr. Sehr sehr schade. Dann einfach lieber damit nicht werben, wenn man sowieso nicht vor hat Gratiszahnbürsten rauszuschicken.

Es wäre wunderbar, das Unternehmen würde auf Anfragen per Kontakformular antworten. Nach 2 Versuchen habe ich aufgegeben, und das obwohl ich Kunde bin. Sehr befremdlich.

Curaprox Toothpaste
I found this by chance whilst looking for alternative toothpaste with no SLS, which may cause mouth ulcers (which I frequently get) This toothpaste is great, although mint flavour it's very mild and no harmful chemicals or SLS! I purchased on e..y and no issues with order, will be sticking to this one for the foreseeable!

I never received my items. After emailing constantly no response. Was provided a fake tracking number and never got the stuff I ordered.

Vollkommen überbewertete und überteuerte Produkte. Ohne jeglichen Mehrwert.

Never buy from this website. I ordered twice and my items never arrived

Having checked out reviews I decided to go with an alternative supplier for my Curaprox toothbrush. I had such difficulty with them that I bit the bullet and ordered direct from Curaprox. Can't fault them, got what I ordered within two days.

Avoid!!!

Ich bin begeistert!!!!

Die Zahnbürste 'Hydrosonic Pro' ist von Haus aus schon top, angenehme Handhabung, fühlt sich gut an, schaut super aus...

Nun war es in meinem Fall so, was ja grundsätzlich überall einmal vorkommen kann, dass die Zahnbürste sich nach etwa 2 Jahren Nutzung nicht mehr wirklich am Laufen halten ließ, sie hat nach ein paar Umdrehungen nicht mehr funktioniert;

nach Rücksprache mit dem CuraproxShop, sendete ich das Paket kostenlos ein und etwa zwei Wochen später erhielt ich eine komplett neue und eingepackte Zahnbürste (alles neu, mit neuem Aufladegerät, sogar Bürstenköpfe - wie beim erstmaligen Kauf);
ich bin wirklich mehr als begeistert und hätte mir einen so tollen Kundenservice nicht erwartet!!

Auch die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Werde dem Shop auf jeden Fall treu bleiben und ihn auch überall weiterempfehlen.

Vielen herzliche Dank für solche Unternehmen, die verständnisvoll, großzügig und wertschätzend mit den Kunden umgehen.
Es bräuchte viel mehr davon!

Code promo sans intérêt, le produit gratuit jamais envoyé, aucune réponse du service client...

The products are good but the company is awful. They forgot to include a product in the pack delivered and there was no way to get in touch with them. The form on their website is completely useless, they do not reply to emails and when one calls the customer service they receive the message "the person at the extension 208 is unavailable", and the line goes dead afterwards. This company does not care about customers. They know people buy Curaprox for the product quality.

J'ai procédé à l'achat d'une 1ère brosse à dents Hydrosonic Pro et j'en ai acheté une 2ème une semaine plus tard pour ma femme. J'ai alors constaté que lors du 1er envoi, une brosse à dents modèle Easy avait été envoyée et non le modèle Pro. J'ai téléphoné à Curaden( N° de tel trouvé sur internet) et j'ai été reçu par Elodie qui a pris en charge mon dossier. L'erreur a tout de suite été reconnue, j'ai renvoyé après utilisation le modèle et ai reçu 10j plus tard le modèle Pro attendu.
Professionnalisme et réactivité.

Made the mistake of not checking the reviews before placing an order, took my money (luckily only a small order) and over a month later have received nothing. Customer Service ignored my email requesting update on when the goods will be dispatched. I will be reporting them to my credit card company. By the way I do not live in Ireland.

My Dentist carries CuraProx Products and have to say I really enjoy the brush. I find it cleans my teeth better than a regular manual brush. It is more expensive than a regular brush but I find them worth it.
Their Product is good but I have not interacted with their customer service so cannot speak to that.
