Ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site qui non fiable. J'ai voulu passer une commande et ai payé mais ma commande n'a pas été validée; mon compte a été débité aussitÎt et je n'ai jamais reçu les produits.

Curaprox Hydrosonic nach einem Jahr schon defekter Akku. Firma verlangte Kassenbuch, um tÀtig zu werden, obwohl Foto eingeschickt und Ìber Seriennummer NachprÌfbarkeit kein Problem. Schlechte Ware, schlechter Kundendienst. Hersusgeschmissenes Geld.

Avoid these people, non-existent customer service

I ordered some products from Curaprox for which they took my payment and sent me a confirmation of the order. To my surprise I then received a further email cancelling the order because it had not met one of their "security checks" and saying the funds would be reinforced.

I enquired what checks these might be and if I could purchase the products in another way but they did not answer despite repeated reminders. All very suspicious and, frankly, terrible service.

Avis concernant Curaprox Shop.fr. et .ch
SystÚme informatique défaillant, perte du mot de passe, perte de l'adresse mail, impossibilité de se ré-inscrire...
Appel téléphonique au siÚge social de Curaprox France: personnel impoli, visiblement pas du tout motivé , incapable d’apporter une solution, "c'est la faute à l'informatique ..." suivi d'un raccrochage sec.
Par contre ma boite mail est inondée par leur publicité, ça sert à quoi si on ne peux pas commander ??
C'est d'autant plus incompréhensible que leur produits sont excellents, mais aller jusqu'en Suisse pour se les procurer cela fait un peu loin ...
Conclusion: passez votre chemin.
