I was informed that i would not have to

I was informed that i would not have to pay duty on 2 bikes i purchased(i have the email saying this)basically the information i was given was utter rubbish and have had to pay an additional £3209.70.Also 1 of the bikes had a defect and i was told various things but in reality nothing happened and i had to buy replacement parts myself.

The bikes i bought are superb but the shop is best avoided.

Giant TCR Pro O

Purchased a Giant TCR Pro O.
Great price and terrific customer service.
Delivery took a little longer than expected but this was an issue with courier.
Bike was disassembled for transport but was easy to put together.
Highly recommended.
