Tried to buy a subscription. Says you can pay by PayPal, Apple Pay but checkout only allows continuous card payments which are notoriously difficult to cancel. No thanks.

I have written many articles for Best of British and have always been paid on time until Kelsey Publishing took over. They requested an invoice from me so I sent one. It was refused as they demanded I use their template. This I did and heard nothing more from them. Since then I have sent two reminders and no replies. In the last message I told them that if I didn't receive payment within a week I would assume that I wouldn't be paid. No reply. It's was a wonderful magazine but I won't be writing for it again.

Probably the worst magazine subscription company ever!
Infuriating difficult to log on and keeps taking you round and round in circles.

Best music magazine ever!

I have been a subscriber for years and every issue is amazing; and the CDs are a huge bonus. I did have a small shipping issue but customer service happily fixed it instantly. You are missing out if you do not read it!

Got tickets for an event this weekend Japfest and I didn't see anything on their marketing or ticket purchasing about limitations for cars being Japanese which seems strange nobody with a different car goes to these events?

I genuinely wouldn't have cared and accepted the cost but the customer service advisor was just quite rude throughout the call just making me feel like a complete idiot, even if true, if she had just said "Unfortunately we can't change those rules as they are set by the event" and I would've tried for a refund of that part of the ticket but accepted if not possible!

Called them before and changed the car reg and at no point did they even mention this and the other CS advisor was quite nice about it but clarifying this point weeks before not days before would've been nice!

Daisy was great to work with. She answered all my questions, which was made particularly harder given I am a subscriber in the US. I wish all service providers had such capable, professional and courteous representatives. Thanks Daisy

Absolutely shocking customer service.

I purchased two tickets for an event next year and during the process the tickets sold out. Instead of stating this, the website changed my ticket to a different type of ticket during check out.

I asked for a refund immediately so I could go back and purchase a different ticket to which I was basically told, no refunds but your welcome to buy the other ticket anyway.

Incredible.

Top tier customer service by Daisy, gone above and beyond to sort my requirements in no time at all on numerous occasions.

They host faulty websites and offer shockingly poor customer service when customers try to reach out. My problem is not resolved, but it seems the Kelsey Media team do not care

Excellent Customer Service from Daisy. Sorted out an issue with delivery of my magazine quickly and efficiently and kept me informed at every stage. Can’t fault it! I wish everyone dealt with their Customers the same way.

Recently renewed subscription to Stuff magazine for my son but the next edition was delivered to my address with a new subscription number. My email query was dealt with speedily by Daisy who saw that I’d mistakenly not selected renew option. She changed the details and ensured no editions were missed. Extremely pleased she dealt with this quickly and efficiently and great communication too.

I recently lost my horse and requested the cancellation of my subscription to Your Horse magazine which I have received and enjoyed for many years. Daisy dealt quickly and sympathetically with my request which I much appreciated at such a sad and difficult time.

I contacted Kelsey Media about a water damaged magazine that Royal Mail had delivered (obvious to me that the magazine being soaking wet that it was totally down to the couriers) and Kelsey Media (Daisy) replied first thing in the morning and two days later I have a new magazine in my house. Daisy was very understanding and professional in everything she said and done. Exemplary! Fantastic professional service. I couldn't be happier with Kelsey Media!

The folks at KELSEY Media have been nothing less than professional regarding customer service. Recently I ordered a Beatles issue that when it first came in the mail here in the US, it was damaged by some moisture or water. Daisy and the team understood and quickly stepped up to replace the issue, even though how it first came was out of their control. I received the replacement issue, and it was perfect, and I didn't wait long whatsoever. Daisy and the staff at KELSEY are amazing.

Quick to respond, friendly and sorted out my issue. 10 out of 10!
