Quick to respond, friendly and sorted out my issue. 10 out of 10!

We had excellent service and prompt answers on email to our queries .customer service Daisy was so good.....

The staff at Kelsey publishing are really helpful when you have a query. They really go that extra mile to sort everything out. I hadn't received my last copy of Stationary Engine magazine, but staff, namely Daisy, soon sorted out my account and my copy duly arrived. I have been getting Stationary Engine magazine since 1985. And in all that time I've only ever had to contact them on a few occasions. Every time my problem was sorted out very quickly.

Every year I order a couple of issues of Match! magazine as they have become more difficult to find in Canada. This year a second issue I ordered was not arriving as fast as the previous issue. I enquired with Customer Support. They were quick and pleasant to response and extremely helpful. Lo and behold the issue arrived the next day.

I had a problem with a missing issue, so I wrote to Kelsey Media, the response was great, Daisy assured me the missing paper was being sent out, and it did indeed arrive two days later. Very pleased

Top notch customer service. Kelsey always seems to make things right when there's any problems. Very easy to deal with. Other companies would learn a thing or two from these folks! Keep up the great work friends.

Two weeks ago I telephoned their customer support to find out why they had taken £47.88 from my bank on a direct debit. I was told this was for a magazine I subscribed to. I pointed out that the subscription was £20 not £47.88. The lady I was speaking to said that there had been an increase in the rates ( some 239.4% ) and I should have been informed, which I had not. As I was obviously less than pleased she cancelled my subscription immediately and said she would issue a refund.
As I had heard nothing and not received the refund I emailed them again a week ago. The following is the email I received this morning:-

Dear David,

Thank you for your email.

​I can confirm I have checked and I can see you called on the 21st August.

However the payment was currently awaiting verification we cannot raise refunds until the bank have advised the monies has been received and the status then changed to received.

The refund has now updated to received and has been raised on the 30th August, please allow up to 2 working weeks for the refund to land back into the bank as this is a bacs refund.

I am totally at a loss as to know why I should wait 2 working weeks for a bank transfer. I use the BACS system regularly and payment is transferred within hours. Maybe holding on to my money is financially advantageous for Kelsey Publishing Group. Suffice it to say I will never purchase anything through this company again, their attitude amounts to a complete customer rip-off.

I ordered what I thought was some music it was called "Ultimate Record Collection: The 500 Greatest Albums" BUT what was delivered was just a catalogue of their music that was available for £11.74, what a con this company is.

Never experienced a problem either ordering or cancelling subscriptions.
My recent communication was dealt with promptly.

Superb customer service, very fast replies to a query and excellent follow up, and issue resolved very speedily. A very special thanks to Daisy Angelo who was really helpful and a credit to the firm.

I'm absolutely fuming I've booked a ticket for ford fair before the the deadline, Went to check my tickets as I never normally have problem. To find out I've only got a club passenger ticket?? Rang the number to try and sort it out to be told there was nothing they could do be a very rude member of staff I've been to ford fair pretty much every year for the last 7 years. Now I've got a ticket that's pointless I can't even use or get a refund not happy. Need to sort out your booking system.

Due to a change in circumstances I sadly cancelled my annual subscription for top sante it was replied to promptly and efficiently by Daisy. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

Always had a great service from Kelsey with regards to magazine subscriptions for years.
Have recently cancelled my subs since I've found that I spend more time looking at news driven electronic articles as the magazines piled up. Daisy in the customer services has been amazingly helpful in sorting this out.

Terrible company booked tickets early bird for japfest 2024 no mention of car parking being needed. Then a mention of it on an email 2 days before event. Stating no parking spaces left there not willing to help or offer suggestions when calling them. Disgusting attitude from a company.

Hi, trying to get a refund from them for a payment they took out 27 of February 2024 for yearly subscription. Which I did forget to cancel. Been trying to get a refund of £39.99 direct debit and do not feel like I’m getting anywhere with them unfortunately. Definitely will not use this company again, sorry to say.

Daisy promptly sorted an issue I had without hesitation or question and was friendly and helpful throughout. Great Customer Service!

I had to change the address on my order, twice. Both times Daisy Angelo, responded to my requests very speedily and efficiently. I am impressed by the way both changes were dealt with . Very refreshing in this very fast world.

Also Kelsey media has a great selection of magazines to choose from. Keep up the great work guys.
