Excellent customer service! My order was missing one item, so I emailed the Kelsey help people and received a reply in approximately 5 minutes. My issue was dispatched the same day. Will happily buy from them again.

Daisy from Kelsey Media followed up on a faulty CD by sending a replacement. When that replacement was lost in the post, she went out of her way to source another CD. I thought she was terrific! Nelleke Bak

Incredible. Ordered my magazine in Christmas period. That supposed to be sent after 3 January and estimated delivery time was up to 4 weeks. Guys you are really fast. I got my Depeche Mode ultimate music guide today. That was really fast ( from UK to France). Thank you very much. I recommend and for sure will order something more in the future. Thanks a lot

I've subscribed for a couple of years and never had any problems. Magazines were delivered prompt, can't fault them. My tastes have changed so cancelling my subscription was so simple. Literally one message and a reply within a working day to say its cancelled. Efficient and polite, no problem

Kelsey Media offer a great variety of publications. They make it very easy to subscribe. But, similar to the likes of Virgin Media they make it difficult to cancel. You have every option on line to purchase but not to cancel. Because of this it’s a one star.

I recently cancelled a gift subscription for a Kelsey publication in error. Customer service responded rapidly to check that I had intended to cancel the subscription and offering to reinstate it if and when I so wished. As I wasn’t aware of my error, I had the subscription renewed and everything went back to normal. I felt that this showed a quite surprising level of response to a problem which did not originate from within the company.

This company are hopeless and they lie. Recently took over uncut music magazine. Failed to send my first copy with them then said they were unable to fulfil the issue. I complained further and they sent me two copies of the next issue. Complained again. Third issue with them and again it hasn’t turned up. Lied about it being a ‘customs issue’ then said they were ‘unable to fulfil’. Extraordinary. How hard can it be to just send a copy to your subscribers… it’s what you are meant to do as a business. And, if I hadn’t complained, I’d be getting charged for it too!

Daisy has made the process of changing my customer details so seamless and its refreshing to experience that.

Before I ordered my magazine, I made a quick call to customer services. I was helped by Daisy. She was very accurate and pleasant to talk to.
My package was immideatly sent after I did my payment and it laid at the Dutch Customs within days.
There it took 10 days to deliver it at my home address!
Kelsey has a lot more magazines that are interesting for me. It's a website that I will return too :-)

If you are just wanting to try out a magazine subscription with this company, really think twice about it. While they obviously make it really easy to open a subscription, they make it incredible hard to cancel it. Funny that!

You really have to fig deep into the FAQs to find anything on it. And then they make you have to contact them by phone or email, rather than giving an option to do it online.

So I emailed them and told them I was going to post this review. Then they came back instantly and said they were processing the cancellation. Again, funny that.

I thought the internet age had left companies like this behind. clearly that's not the case.

I got a swift reply in which the issue was explained clearly and resolved.
