Terrible quality and impossible customer service. The luggage broke the second time I used it and after several emails to customer service they are simply not answering. Poor quality and poor service.

No matter how nice, attractive and high quality the product looks, avoid this site. My daughter ordered a cosmetic bag that was sent to the wrong address and tried to convince her that she had written her address wrong. After almost 2 months she still hasn't received a refund. After her disappointment, I ordered the same thing again, but this time the payment method was PayPal so I felt safer. After completing the order, I didn't receive a tracking number. I contacted the customer service twice without a response. I repeat, I'm lucky that I paid with PayPal, which refunded me the amount. If I could rate it zero, that would be the rating of this site.

Bought a Manderina Duck self weighing case in 2022 in Florence. I had been really pleased with my purchase which came with a 5yr warranty. However, this isn’t worth the claim. My hard case has split and customer services tell me that they have no authorised dealers in the UK. My options are to return it to the shop I purchased it from in Florence or pay for it to be delivered to them for inspection.

These cases are expensive and should last at least 5 years, standing up to loading and unloading from aircraft. Poor show Manderina Duck, I will never purchase another case from you and will advise others not to do so either.

Fate attenzione prima di comprare da loro . Sto correndo dietro loro per un reso fino adesso non riescono a rimborsarmi.

Una cerniera che è fatta per chiudersi e aprirsi infinite volte dovrebbe essere cucita meglio. Ovvio che se si scuce poi funziona male. Grazie per la pessima esperienza. Comperato cinese ma pagato europeo!

Mi si è rotta la ruota di un trolley. Ho scritto alla Mandarina Duck chiedendo la marca della ruota (non avevo la pretesa che avessero il ricambio, volevo solo conoscere la marca della ruota). Mi hanno risposta che il trolley era troppo vecchio e non potevano recuperare la marca. Credo che un discreto amministratore, con l'attuale fatturazione elettronica, non dovrebbe avere difficoltà a recuperare il nome di un fornitore, basta solo averne voglia.

As I have purchased from MD before, I had asked for a purse and wallet for a gift, last Xmas 2024. Well, my husband had purchased 2 of the same, exact wallets by mistake. We had gone out of town for the holidays, and by the time we got back, apparently we had missed their 14-day return policy. Just a question, but who has a 2-week policy like that?? It took me a couple of days to call them, about two tries each day. I realize I’m calling Italy, and that it’s a different time zone, but NO ONE answers the phone, so the whole time I’m thinking I’m on hold, after the prompts to push the right #, and instead I’m just sitting there. I *finally* get through to a “lovely” Italian woman, who was just a delight-I ask her about returning the wallet, and she proceeds to bark at me, that is not possible, you have missed the 14-day return window, thank you for calling MD. Wonderful. Fast forward to a couple of days ago-upon checking our Verizon bill, there are $10 worth of international call charges to, you guessed it, ITALY!!! And it lists it as a “landline” call. We haven’t had a landline for 15 years, like most people, so I was baffled. The fact that a supposed “luxury”, international company doesn’t have a toll-free number for out of the country customers, is UNbelievable. For that reason, for the nasty woman, and the crappy return policy, you guys have just lost a customer. Good job. Not worth it. And another thing: make your website a little more user-friendly. It’s annoying, and has glitches. Oh, and we got the $10 waived from our cell phone company.👍🏻

My review is about really old products I bought in the 1980s- and still use today. I have two duffle bags, one suitcase, a suit bag, a toiletry bag. All have seen hard use during travel, including being loaded with 40 kg of books when I moved as a student. The most used items, the duffle bags, have small wear and tear which doesn’t affect their usefulness. One duffle bag was repaired at very low cost about 25 years ago.
Mind: all these items were bought in a genuine shop, and I saw and inspected them before purchase, so it is entirely possible that modern online shopping, especially if from discount websites, may not give you the same quality.
But the items I bought- the oldest in 1985, the others in the following maybe five years- are of outstanding quality.

Mandarina Duck is a scam. It is not possible to return goods to them. We bought two travel bags - about 400 € total and advertised has having 4 wheels. When they arrived they had 2 wheels. We requested a return and got a return order no. but no shipping label and no adress to return to. Numerous calls have been made to get label and adress but they simply dont take the phone

Mia madre ha comprato una borsa nel loro store di Firenze, con un valore di oltre 200€, ma dopo poco meno di un anno questa ha iniziato a rovinarsi fino a formare dei segni sulla parte frontale. L’ho portata in negozio con lo scontrino, perché valida ancora di garanzia e mi hanno detto che è un problema di usura… una borsa da spalla usata pochissime volte per uscire e per metterci chiavi e portafoglio dentro, per poi poggiarla in casa su un attaccapanni si rovina incantevolmente ed addirittura con segni di usura!!!! Imbarazzanti, qualità pessima e inoltre non si degnano di trovare qualche soluzione e andare incontro al cliente. La prima ed anche l’ultima volta, SUPER SCONSIGLIATO

I ordered a bag and returned it, didn't receive a refund. Wrote to them twice, no response. No refund and no response. Scam.

Ho comperato un borsello uomo presso punto vendita.
A parte una osservazione mandata alla casa madre alle quale nessuno si è degnato di rispondere, segnalo oggi rottura cerniera dopo un solo anno. Peraltro la cerniera si è sfilata dalla cucitura , segno di evidente causa all'origine, non per usura. Spero nella garanzia tramite punto vendita. Certo che ricomprerò cinese a basso prezzo.

Se si potesse dare 0 come valutazione la darei volentieri. È passato un mese e nn siamo arrivati a nessuna conclusione, pessima qualità dei prodotti,assistenza zero,si parla con un calo center che trasmette al reparto competente che lavora solo tramite mail, non c'è nessun altro numero da poter chiamare.
Azienda francamente che non so come faccia ad andare avanti.Se entro pochi gg non riceverò comunicazione alcuna io procederò legalmente perché non mi sembra corretto pagare una borsa una cifra,si rompe dopo neppure un anno ,e assistenza pari a zero.Non acquistate nulla da qst azienda il materiale fa veramente pena.

Not trusworthy, they never replied to my messages sent through the website form.
The never sent me a tracking number. I've sent many message no reply. They took the money of course and no delivery.
They are a big scum!!

Valigia Mandarina media. Dopo due viaggi in aereo si è letteralmente schiantata in due parti: all’attaccatura del manico e a un lato.
SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE TALE MARCA. Valigeria non adatta ad affrontare più di un viaggio. Optate per altre marche più affidabili

Ho acquistato una valigia lo scorso novembre
( 2023).
Dopo averla utilizzata per due volte, per di più non per viaggi aerei, la valigia si è scucita.
Essendo ancora in garanzia, lo scorso 10 agosto (2024) ho inviato una contestazione all'azienda, da cui ho ricevuto un ticket identificativo.
Nonostante siano trascorsi quasi 20 giorni, non ho avuto alcuna risposta, nonostante abbia provato a contattare l'azienda su messanger e telefonicamente. Nessuno risponde.
Quando ero ragazza, negli anni'80, questo marchio era sinonimo di garanzia.
Pessima esperienza sia per la qualità del prodotto, sia per il servizio clienti. Grande delusione.

Se si potesse andare sotto zero darei -100000 alla nona! Acquistata una borsa online che dopo 5 giorni risulta ancora in lavorazione. Se siete in ferie e siete una ditta seria lo scrivete sul sito così uno si organizza di conseguenza. Inoltre con la spedizione risulta più costosa che in negozio. Telefonato per disdire l’ordine e una ragazza svogliata e maleducata mi ha risposto di no. E il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni? Scritto sia una mail che una pec. Una tempo la Mandarina era seria e affidabile ora purtroppo non più. Non acquistate sul loro sito!
