Pessimi ! Spero vivamente che questa recensione tenga lontano altri acquirenti dal sito di Mandarina Duck. Ho chiesto immediatamente l'annullamento di un ordine effettuato sbagliando, ed Ú stato negato con mille scuse. Bene, allora attendo la merce rassegnata a rispedirla. Adesso, dopo averla riavuta in tempi brevi nel loro magazzino, nonostante i miei solleciti, si degneranno di restituire i soldi entro 30 giorni. E' semplicemente vergognoso!! Sono da segnalare alle autorità competenti. Nessuno può dettare leggi proprie e rimborsare quando più fa comodo, incassando interessi bancari sui soldi dei malcapitati che cadono nelle loro grinfie.

Putroppo dopo solo il primo viaggio Ú venuto via un accessorio para spigoli, lasciando delle viti a vista fastidiose.Sono anche andata in negozio dove avevo comprato la valigia ma mi hanno detto che non ci sono pezzi di ricambio per i prodotti della Mandarina.Dopo il secondo viaggio si Ú creato una crepa lunga 15cm nel fianco della scocca della valigia "rigida".questo non Ú normale...evitate di comprare le valigie della mandarina rigide perchÚ sono dei colabrodo

Worst bag BRAND... STAY AWAY!
This must be the worst brand to engage with, STAY AWAY.. worst customer service! I made an order for two bags (totally more than £600) via their website.. I have waited two weeks for delivery, no update or communication... I called their 'customer service' number more 20 times, no-one actually answers..and then emailed them more than 10 times, no answer either... In the end I have had to report Mandarina Duck via my bank, to try and get the money back... what happens, suddenly they respond 'please cancel and close the case with your bank'. Nope.. I stated that it will not be closed until I get my refund... no refund... yet.. on top of that UPS send me a letter with a fee over £100 for customs charge... ermm.. why should I pay it? that is Mandarina Duck's responsibility to cover all charges... why should I pay £400 for a bag that is worth £300.. does that make sense? I emailed customer services again, and I no help or response.. and has now been 4 weeks and still waiting for my refund.. I will be taking Mandarine Duck to the EU Small Claims Court for all refund and customs charges... It is absolutely shocking for a brand to be treating customers like this... stay away.. not worth it!!!!

Ho comprato una borsa venerdì sera, lunedì mattina hanno confermato l'ordine dicendo che era pronta per la spedizione, ovviamente addebitando l'importo sulla mia carta. Nel pomeriggio mi arriva una mail automatica che mi dice che l'ordine Ú stato cancellato per mancanza di disponibilità , invece guardando nel loro store online Ú ancora in vendita ad un prezzo minore. L'assistenza mi ha detto che non ce ne sono più e di aggiornare il mio browser, cosa che ho fatto ma la borsa Ú sempre lì in vendita. Ovviamente il rimborso non Ú stato ancora effettuato. Ma com'Ú che si vende la roba che non si ha disponibile?

Ich habe selten so schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht wie mit MD onlineshop! Bei der Bezahlung hat es Probleme mit der Kreditkarte gegeben, weil ich versehentlich den falschen Code verwendet hab. Ich habe dann mit SofortÌberweisung bezahlt. Leider wurde am nÀchsten Tag der Auftrag seitens des Unternehmens storniert, mein Geld allerdings abgebucht! Nun versuche ich seit Wochen mein Geld zurÌckzubekommen! Trotz eindeutigem Beweis durch AbbuchungsbestÀtigung wird dies vom Kundendienst ignoriert! Eine absolute Frechheit!
Wenn es möglich wÀre negative Sterne zu vergeben, wÀre MINUS FÃNF die richtige Wahl!

NEVER buy a suitcase from them. We bought 4 (!!!!!!!!) every one of them cracked in exactly the same place after 1 use. They told us it was baggage handling error which was absolutely impossible given they all cracked in the same place. We feel like we have been robbed and they flat refused to give us out money back despite providing picture evidence. So £600 wasted. We have never ever had an experience like it.

Massive problems with delivery due to UPS incompetence. Mandarina Duck are doing nothing about it - except insinuating that its my fault. The reply email I got from them was flat out rude and unhelpful - it almost seemed as if they had not read my email properly. They have not offered to refund the extortionate shipping price I paid even though I directly asked (they ignored that part of the email). Awful and disrespectful.

Totally misled by product price
Recently I purchased online a cabin trolley case from MD . Price shown included VAT and shipping costs and published a TOTAL price which I duly paid.
A week later when the item was due to be delivered, I was informed by UPS that there was a further £47.55p to be paid, representing a 27% upload on the price.
I understand what is going on with import fees from the EU but I can't accept that seller does not make the buyer aware of these hidden costs at the point of sale.
In this case the extra 27% upload meant that the product was not worth the overall cost in my opinion.
I attempted on several occasions to say that I do not want to pay the extra import fees and requested that the product to be returned to MD.
MD failed to understand my situation and blamed the courier UPS. UPS just referred me back to MD and took no responsibility. This game of ping pong (in which the customer was the ball) went on for three weeks . In the end, I felt pressured to pay the extra import fees ( due to threats of being referred to a debt collection agency) and accept the product , even though I felt it was not worth the money.
I have purchased many items over the years from MD but on this occasion they let me down. The were not transparent with their pricing and they failed to take ownership and resolve the matter with the shipper.

I ordered a luggage 2 weeks ago! The status of my purchase is stuck on that point. 2 weeks now didn't even shipped!
Im sending emails and called them as well and there is no explanation, just that they forward my message! On emails no reply at all. Im shocked to be honest, didn't expect from this company to behave like that, its embarrassing them and their status and they absolutely need to change customer care because i don't see care at all.....!!!!!

Un sac acheté 140 euros il y a 15 mois est devenu décoloré. Le bleu marine devient blanc. On dirait 1 pauvre sac à 15 euros issu d'un bazar chinois.
Ce sac est toujours sous garantie et le service client m'a répondu que cet état était de mon fait.
Non seulement ils vendent de la trÚs mauvaise qualité et ils refusent de le reconnaître.
Je vous déconseille ces sacs et tiens les photos à votre disposition.

Well, I see there are people you are not satisfied with the quality of Mandarinaduck. I am a recent user of this brand so can't say if there is any change in the product quality over the years. Bought my first bag only 3 years ago and so far I like it. I have several products from them and I like all of them. I can't say that this is a chic brand rather I'd call it a practical one.

This is to let you know that the quality of MD has changed in the years, used to be great design and quality, I still have a couple of bags, that look new and have 20years at least, washed them also multiple times and really nothing to say.
Unfortunately my last experience with Mandarina Duck was very poor. Purchased an expensive touch duck cabin trolley, used it one on airport floor and in the centre of ZÃŒrich while on business trip, ONE use, weels completely destroyed. Wrote to the customer service and although prompt reply no help as it is out of the 60days purchase EU schemes.
I have asked help for a 180GBP product and not a 18GBP one!!
Anyway never again, they have lost a customer... and many more as I speak!! Look for an alternative MD is not worthed the money anymore!!
Case cracked on second time of use
Case cracked on second time of use. Repeatedly tried emailing, but no response. The product has a guarantee - clearly worthless. This was a brand I had respect for. Definitely not now. Steer clear. I will go back to my hard-wearing Antler cases which have done me well.
Good Design but Poor Quality
I purchased a small back pack a few months ago and the shoulder straps are already ripping off. Very poor quality for an expensive product. I live in New Zealand and bought the back pack in Italy so have no easy way to get the pack repaired. I have wasted my money and will never buy this product again. Good design but poor workmanship.
