Per sbaglio ho ricevuto le scarpe sbagliate. Super reattivi , dopo una breve telefonata, ho ricevuto le scarpe che desideravo in brevissimo tempo.

Fantastico!!! La qualità delle e scarpe da tennis ha superato ogni aspettativa!!! Bellissime, comode, di altissima qualità!!! Ne avrei una di ogni tipo e colore!!! Consegna velocissima. Poi ho avuto anche un problema, perché mi ero dimenticata di mettere il numero civico di casa, mi hanno risposto molto velocemente e cordiali! Bravi veramente!

No Customer Return option

Moaconcept trading as Fashiongate do not offer a customer return option. The onus is on the customer to return the item at considerable personal cost. Customer service is very poor.

As per our policy, if the item is defective, or if the wrong size or product was sent, we will cover all return shipping costs. In all other cases, however, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
That said, we’d still really appreciate it if you could let us know what specifically didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve and grow.

I bought Hype white sneakers from


I bought Hype white sneakers from Moaconcept.
The purchase and delivery process ( very fast delivery) went smoothly, the size guide was very useful for me when choosing the size. The sneakers in this short period of time as far as I have them are comfortable and seem to be made of quality materials.
A little disappointing because the sneakers are made in China (designed in Italy) while the other two models Club &Iconic are made in Italy that's why I gave one star less in the rating.

Hype model is made in China but represents a small part of our production, more than 80% of production is made in Italy.

scarpe ingiallite dopo pochi utilizzi - delusa dal servizio

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe (sneaker club off-white logo grigio uomo) apparentemente di buona qualità, ma dopo pochi utilizzi la pelle ha cominciato a ingiallire, facendole sembrare vecchie e sporche. Ho provato a pulirle, ma solo dopo che il problema si era già presentato.
Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti e la risposta Ú stata che il difetto era dovuto a un "lavaggio aggressivo", ignorando il fatto che la pulizia Ú avvenuta solo dopo l'ingiallimento.
L'assistenza risponde difficilmente (passano settimane) ed Ú di poco aiuto.
Alla fine, mi Ú stato offerto uno sconto del 30% su un nuovo acquisto, ma non vedo come questo possa garantirmi che le prossime scarpe non abbiano lo stesso problema.
Mi aspettavo più attenzione alla qualità e un'assistenza clienti più disponibile.
Delusa.

Salve Ana, ci dispiace per l'incoveniente e capiamo il suo disappunto ma dopo il lavaggio del prodotto non possiamo considerarlo un difetto della pelle. Questo Ú il primo caso in cui la pelle cambia di colore, non abbiamo mai registrato casi. Sarebbe consigliato inviare la richiesta prima di intervenire con un lavaggio, così da permettere la valutazione dell'evenutale danno e copertura garanzia. Rimaniamo a completa disposizione per ulteriori chiarimenti.

The shoes look great and seem well-made, but the sizing was way off. I ordered a 42, but the pair I received felt more like a 44. Unfortunately, they were too big to wear comfortably. Consider sizing down if you order.
