Hello, I'll start by saying that when ordering, you should follow your instincts and simply decide whether you want an item from the store or not. I bought a NaVi t-shirt with logos, my nickname, and my country's flag, in my size. Then I decided to come here to the website to read reviews and honestly, I got scared by what I saw, but I waited for the t-shirt. Today, the t-shirt arrived after 36 days (production + road transport, because, as you know, planes don't fly over Ukraine). The t-shirt arrived just as I wanted, in the right size, without any mistakes. On top of that, I received 6 NaVi stickers for free, which were really cool, and the t-shirt came beautifully packaged in a small backpack with a zipper in NaVi colors and logo. The t-shirt is very well made and breathable. I also read that people who ordered items from the NaVi store had problems contacting the store. I think I contacted them 4 or 5 times and there were no problems at all. Don't be afraid and buy the t-shirts and other items. They are worth their price and the wait. Do not buy from this company. Sizing is wrong and the quality is not good. I lost money returning the parcel to China. The parcel ended up being returned to me.
Make themselves out to be an Australian Company.

Do not purchase from this website, their return policy is garbage and you will never receive a full refund. You send the clothing back to warehouse in China for it to be returned to you. They appear to help you by offering a partial refund. Never again . I will be reporting them to consumer affairs

Very disappointed with the 3 dresses I received. I won’t be wearing any of them. Quality is rubbish.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing this rubbish dress that was completely the wrong size and cheap, nasty material. I spent more money returning it only for it to be returned to me as it was unable to be delivered. Gabriel at "customer service" pretends to help but he gave me the bogus address to send it to. PURE SCAM!!! NOT AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY

I cant highlight this enough and 1 star is a total exaggeration.
Items received in rubbish material, sizing all wrong and not even hemmed. Gabriel G appears to be helping - but never get anywhere despite ongoing emails and requests. Was advised had to send products back to China - they are not a Aust based company. Paid for international post only to have it returned today as not accepted by receiver, just another time waste and extra cost for postage. Never purchase off this website and so many of them under different web addresses. Terrible scammers that get your money and wont refund despite they advertise they will.

I would rate less than 1 if I could. Do not engage with NAVI-SYDNEY. They are SCAMMERS. Clothing looks nothing like the images !! I paid $30 to return the garment as I did not want it going to landfill. 21 emails and 6 months of communicating with old mate Gabriel - my parcel was returned to me today. The address UNKNOWN ….learn from my costly mistake . NEVER BUY FROM NAVI-SYDNEY EVER !!!! As annoyed as I am I now know I was never getting a refund….,,, just wasted $95 !!!!!!

purchasing from this company. They are definitely all true. Poor quality. Returns must go to China even though they claim to be an Australian company with a Mascot address. I returned my items weeks ago and they are conveniently held up in Chinese customs. Scammers.

I ordered several items and it took nearly 2 months to arrive. The garment were nothing like the pictures, size way to small and sewing and material poor quality.
After many emails they only offered me 15% of the full price if I return the items

I ordered 2 dresses in early December 1 arrived, nothing like picture, cheap and nasty gave to lifeline. Still waiting after 4 emails for the second dress. Total disappointment not Sydney comes from China!!!!!

Do not purchase from this site-total con. Couldn’t even get the dress over my head-shocking quality. Typical Chinese rubbish - was like a child had made the item. Web page is a scam- nothing to do with Sydney - waited 3 weeks for this rubbish - ended up in the bin!

Do not purchase from them! They state that they are and Australian company, but my dresses were sent from Temu and it’s not even close to what I ordered. Fabric is horrible and the style doesn’t even match the picture.

They keep telling me it’s what I ordered and I can only have a partial refund and post back to China at my expense.

Navi Sydney do not buy from them. Poor quality, didn’t process the order until I emailed 3 weeks after purchasing to enquire where it was and NOT anything to do with Sydney or Australia. Rip off, don’t waste your money!

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE! Took a month to receive my order after chasing the company multiple times and after lodging a PayPal dispute. It finally arrived and it’s the wrong colour and wrong size and the cheapest look thing you’ve ever seen! Do not get fooled by the ad of the lady parading a champagne 2 piece suit, total scam!!!!

Do not buy from navi Sydney. Not even a Sydney company, comes from China and quality is worse than shein and temu. Do not buy. No label on dresses. Website should be taken down. PayPal doesn't even refund unless items are returned overseas. I will be going back to buying everything instore. Never online. Companies get away with too many fake dodgy stuff these days and nothing gets done about it. Scam!!

Absolutely disgraceful clothing, two tops that look like they have come from a school kids first dress making class, not to mention the quality of material… so very disappointed as I waited patiently for a delivery that I had to keep chasing … definitely do not recommend…
