Do not buy from this store. This is a Chinese based set up. Cheap clothes that do not match photos or description. Very poor quality. No refund even though site says 30 day money back.

As per below reviews nothing on this website is true, doubt that what i write will matter as they will probably rename themselves and continue ripping people off but here it goes. Nasty cheap versions of what the images show. Falsely eluding to being a Sydney based company. Quality 0, no actually minus 0; sizing ridiculous- i purchased 3 items only 1 fits, sort off. not even going to bother try and return as it seems it will be a waste of time. Any one reading, don’t bother.

Realistically 0 stars do not buy from this dodgy company, that are not in Sydney, I ordered a dress a month ago that came today and seriously looked like it was made by a students first home economics class and looked absolutely nothing like the picture, then if you ask for refund they give you some bullshit about keeping the item and refund of 15% you picked on the wrong person this time 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Totally deceiptive, not an Australian company, shipped from China. No invoice,no return address. Took 2eeks to recieve shoes which after all that were the wrong colour. Pleas do not purchase from this company.

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. They are scammers who know how to rip people off. To process a return, they require you to send the item back to North Holland, which cost me $33.50, just to try and get part of a refund.

I paid through PayPal, thinking it would offer protection, but even then, they exploit the system. To get a refund, you must return the goods—even though the items are nothing like what was advertised. This is completely unfair, as they are the ones at fault for misrepresenting their products.

I purchased from this company because I believed it was Australian-based, as they make it seem that way on their website. However, this is not the case.

Do not purchase anything from these scammers. Save yourself the frustration and money.

This company is not existing in Australia, it’s a lie. I ordered a dress, 6 weeks later I’ve received a poor quality totally different dress. I sent them an email, I have to send it back, because it’s not what I ordered. I hoped they pay the return, because their mistake, but no. It’s okay.
Post office couldn’t take it, news agent couldn’t take it because some different company delivered. Tried to contact them asking how can I send it back, no answer. They are in China. No office in Sydney. They are scammers.
Now I try to contact the carrier Fast Horse, but no response yet.
Anybody knows more about these scammers?

Poorly made clothing that comes from China. Product is nothing like the photo and to return, one is required to post item back to China. The company provides an address in China but also offers 15% value of the purchase if one wishes to keep the item & save the hassle!! They then offer 25%. Stay away from this so called Sydney based company!! You do not realise it's an overseas company until the shipment notification is received and item is finally delivered about 3 weeks later.

Please don't order anything from this site. What you received is cheap and nothing like what is on the website. If you want a refund you have to send it to China. These people are deceptive

2 pair of "Falsely advertised orthopedic shoes. Faulty and very very cheap. 9 emails later, Im still fighting for my full refund ....and a return shipping address, which I thought I was buying Australian?? no china

Deceptive and low brow. I cancelled an order in writing after they also confirmed in writing it was delayed and hadn't been shipped "due to high volume of orders". Only after I requested they process a refund, they proceeded to back date the tracking by 2 days making out the already confirmed not shipped item was sent and in transit. It was not. I filed a transaction dispute immediately in order to receive my refund. This prompted them to finally process my refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SHIFTY SNAKES.

They don’t even deserve one star. I ordered a dress it was faulty and they are giving me grief to get any kind of refund at all. They have tried keep the dress and we will send you another one or we will provide a 10% discount! Th dress is faulty the seams are fraying!! Please refund! No refund yet!! Please be aware!!

I ordered two things, so far so good, then got an email after 3 days that my order was canceled "product you ordered is out of stock", both things I ordered are still available in the store, no further info
