Not worth getting any stars. Iâd being disconnected for nonpayment. Called in today to pay for it and asked the associate before i pay that am i going to get it turn back on once i and he say yes, then i got transferred over and another associate say that i will need to do a new contract which require deposit of $500. This is insane and Iâd been lied to. Not worth using them at all. Use another company everyone

When looking at our monthly use, the amount per month th is never over the top even without averaging. If there is an outage it is easy to report and find out when it will be returned. When I have talked to customers service the person has been polite and problem was quickly resolved.

We have been with TXU for so many years I have lost count so many at least 40 years. Our monthly bill is very reasonable. If there is a power outage we are notified for how long and when the problem is solved. I would highly recommend TXU.
