Arrived quickly. Everything I ordered was there.

I have never written a bad review but I have been so disappointed with this company, one that I have used many times.
I ordered a belly bar and when I wore it for the first time the stone fell out of the ball. I emailed them pictures and they immediately sent a replacement ball which I thanked them for as it was fantastic service. However, when the ball arrived, it didn’t fit on the bar. I emailed to explain this and offered to send videos showing the current ball fitting fine and the new ball not fitting. I was told that the ball was fine when it was posted and that I had obviously overtightened and destroyed the threads. I explained over several emails that this was not the case and I could send videos to show that the threads had not been overtightened as the original ball was on and in my piercing. Since then I have sent several emails and have been ignored. I have now raised a dispute via PayPal. The item was only £4.99 but it is the principle of receiving a faulty item and being told that it’s not faulty to completely ignore customer is not acceptable.

Update 26/07 PayPal have refunded me £4.99 as a goodwill gesture - this seller refused to issue a refund despite acknowledging the product was faulty unless the item was retuned via a tracked and recorded delivery method which would have cost almost as much as the faulty item. There was no reason for it to be returned other than being difficult. I would presume it would have been binned given it has been worn - or maybe not? PayPal agreed that under the Consumer Rights act 2015 they seller of a faulty item should pay return postage - however as they are a pay facilitator PayPal cannot force the seller to do so.

Quick delivery and the studs I got are so shiny I love them and bigger than I previously had which I love, communications good and lots of different styles and sizes

The jewellery is lovely, however when I contacted the company after losing the front of an earring after only having had it weeks, they just told me that the jewellery is checked before shipping,which still leaves me without my earring. I put a new earring in and am having to check this to see if it has worked its way loose. I won't be ordering again sadly.

Each item I've had is exactly as described, with quick postage. Recommended.

Ordered for a small piece of jewellery and the wrong order came through, got in contact and the complication was amediattely resolved. For the price of a piece of small jewellery, the quality is excellent.

i was hesitant to buy from here because i wasn’t sure how legit they were HOWEVER after placing two orders from there i can say im impressed… i ordered some titanium jewellery for an infected helix piercing and after a few weeks of wearing it it’s healed perfectly! the shipping is fast and the products are good quality (from what i can tell) despite the price, there’s been no chipping etc and they all look the same as when i bought them. very happy and will definitely buy more in the future
