The Body Jewellery Store レビュー

Thanks to the amazing quick response from your team i was able to get help with when my package will arrive, it came and i absolutely love what i brought :) will definitely buy more in the future

Great company easy to reach and help with changing your order!

Jewellery is always lovely, but I paid for first class delivery hoping my order would come a couple of days later only to find they gave me a partial refund 4-5 days later and I still haven't received my order a week on. They refunded the cost of the piercing they couldn't send, but not the extra I paid for delivery, and it's frustrating as I really need to replace the lost piercing.

Fast delivery, quality product, would recommend

Perfect - better than expected, excellent price and speedy delivery.

arrive on time email to tell me it was on way

Item was received ok in good condition, but took a whie to post, and was smaller than expected.

Items as described and fast delivery, thank you x

Item arrived on time and was as prescribed

Excellent service fast delivery thank you so much

I asked for tracking information as no parcel received, was told it had been delivered about 4 days before even though it hadn’t. Evidence on ring door to prove no delivery. Basically told there’s nothing they can do or are willing to do as it says item delivered. Told me to ask my neighbours even though I already have. Told them I’m not happy and had no response since as their job is obviously done. So have no parcel and items been paid for even though I don’t have it. Will not be shopping here again or recommending to anyone.

order chain sent me wrong size took 4 days to get a reply and wanted me to pay to send it back very poor service

Item says delivered but never received it

Spent a long time pending my transactions, still have one I ordered in April that hasn’t come through , couldn’t figure out how to track it and confirmation email still hasn’t come through. Other than that jewellery is great.

Brilliant thank you. Great product and delivered in a reasonable time.

Really nice body piercing jewellery. Unique stones. Will buy from again
