Excellent company and excellent product. It’s all I wear now

Great sets of boxers.
So very comfortable.
Being a truck driver it’s hard to find a good pair that won’t ride up. These are officially the best boxers I’ve ever owned. And they fit perfectly.
Never did I think I would fall for an Instagram ad but I did and I’m so happy

Size is very inaccurate. Needed to return. Was informed by the company they required photos and my waist size. Informed them my waist size was not their concern and received no response. Extremely dissatisfied with the product and the customer service!!

Great pair of underwear, good fit, don’t ride up and plenty of room where it’s needed most.

I ordered the 7-Day pack and these are undoubtedly the best underwear I’ve ever owned. The only downside is that after the first wash one pair developed a hole in the leg. Apart from that these underwear are outstanding and well worth trying out.

Ordered 5 pairs. Size wasn’t right for me, but I communicated with them and Adam was a big help and a great personality. I returned all pairs and got them replaced without any extra cost and this whole thing was done very quickly!

I tried to follow their 100% satisfaction guarantee because I was not happy with the fit. They responded to my email and only gave me a 10% discount back and blamed my “body type” as the reasoning for it. Extremely poor customer service and business practices!! They cannot follow their own policies for their guarantee!!! Buyer beware!!!

It's too bad they have to resort to unethical review rating collections....

This layout does some great marketing on social, which is how I ended up purchasing a 3-pack from them. They also do some shady digital marketing.....

If you haven't already noticed, if you try give them a 1, 2, or 3 star rating from their email campaign (post order) titled "Let us know your thoughts on your Order #????" you are sent to a page that doesn't allow you to provide a rating. For digital marketing this is a really sh#tty practice. They used to have a reviews page that only showed ratings above 3 stars, but it appears they removed it. Now you only get sent to their Facebook page, but you can't leave a review there.

Go to your email, search for your review request and see for yourself.

Their underwear is OK for boxer briefs. If you don't wear pants they won't ride up...just like they advertise.

After enjpoying their eyecatching ad campaign on FB for a few months, I decided to try their boxer briefs. I ordered the seven day pack and received the shipment in less than a week.
I've found the boxer briefs extremely comfortable: they don't roll up my thighs, the waist remains flat & doesn't cut under my gut, and the Infamous Chicago Groin Rot no longer exists! My crotch is cool, comfortable, well-vented, and remains fresh ALL day!

The worst ever customer service you could ever have! The products with serious defects! I sent emails and have FB chat, but no response! They said email team and FB chat team are two different team! What the hell you guys do not have a customer service phone number? I sent the pictures of the defective products, but they said they need more clear picture! What the fxxk? those are the best pictures I can take, but they just have very ridiculous requests! They are playing the games, and finding excuse for not doing anything for their defective products! I do not give a fk on how your manufacture team do their job. It is your fault to send defective products to me! Please do your job in an honorable way! Either send me the refund or send me replacement! STOP your racist behavior on this! STOP your ASIAN HATE! STOP playing games!

I ordered three pairs and paid for express shipping. Order number crg#8327. It was sent via fedex and as soon as it hit the fedex depot there was missing paperwork. It was sent back and another order was shipped out. Order number crg#8511. This one was shipped out the same day that the original or was received back at the warehouse. The new order was held up at the fedex depot again for missing paperwork. It was shipped back to the warehouse. I have been emailing them from the beginning. I received an email stating that the problem had been escalated and I would hear back the next day. I waited and got no reply. Three days have now gone by and still no response. Now I am out the money, did not receive my order and they won’t reply. All I can say is at this point I would not recommend ordering especially if you are in Canada. I will be investigating more to see if the company is legit or fraud to scam people out of money.

I had purchased five pairs of trunks but realized that even though the material felt great, I should have bought a size larger. The customer service person I spoke with (Adam) could not have been more helpful, and was able to get me on track to exchanging them for a size that felt more comfortable. The new ones arrived and feel just as great as promised. I was already happy with the product, but the customer service experience sealed the deal for me. This was money well spent, and I look forward to buying more.

The trunks are decent, but I wonder if they are worth the price. I found the sizing to be a bit off with less room in back that I anticipated.

I was extremely excited to try these, however they ride up my crotch constantly.

Order never arrived ! They promise to fix the problem but 3 weeks later still no refund or package !

Not comfortable. Not soft. Doesn’t fit well. ZERO room for your ‘junk’. Tag on inside of waistband. Returned immediately.
