Ich habe meine gewünschte Nachlieferung erhalten ,die Schuhgröße 39,obwohl ich Größe 37 trage. Leider ist kein Umtausch möglich, das finde ich persönlich nicht gut, aber ansonsten bin ich zufrieden, Passform,Form und Farben gefallen mir sehr.

Hemden Größe viel zu klein
Zum einen hat die Lieferung ewig lange gedauert und dann kommt noch das schlimmste dazu die Hemden sind viel zu klein nach europäischen Normen entspricht das angebliche 4XL Hemd allerhöchstens der Größe XL, wieder Geld zum Fenster rausgeworfen, aber ich werde halt nichts mehr bestellen.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but only way to write a review...
This was a social media buy (always comes with a small risk, but also always been relatively straightforward forward in the past). Payment taken immediately, no order confirmation, few days later tried to contact.. nothing... then finally got a response about 10 days later, apparently item out of stock will be another 2-3 days before its in stock with them, made contact back requesting more info, few days later someone different responded, item will be in stock 4-5 days, again requested order confirmation, someone different again responded a few days later item will be in stock in 5-7 days... at which point I gave up, they are now processing my refund which will apparently take 7-14 days (so thats still pending). At no point was they forthcoming with any details of the delay, I had to chase every step to get a response. I'm pretty sure they just hope that people just forget or give up...
My money will have been in there account for easily 6 weeks before its even likely returned, as a minimum. Awful company... and they still had the cheek to request me to review them highly for their service and assisting and 'resolving' my query when they finally replying back about process to refund!
I massively advise, aways , always, always use a credit card when purchasing this way, as you will get your money back regardless if you encounter issues (although it still comes with unwanted work on your end).

Item never arrived - no confirmation of order
I ordered the under eye concealer through a Facebook ad (mistake I know) 11th October paid and have still had no confirmation email or received item! Reached out to the company by email and not bothered to reply to.

since leaving my first review and contacting customer services the trousers i ordered arrived this morning. it took a couple of emails but the problem was sorted thanks. The stretch trousers are very thin and would suggest summer use only but still good value for money. All good in the end. thanks.

I ordered a dark green waterproof coat with a chequered lining. On 27th September £27.98 was taken immediately I sent a request asking when it would arrive were told it would be there within a few weeks never did arrive and they haven’t refunded my money so would definitely not recommend them.
