Jacket ordered not received
Ordered jacket for which money was debited immediately. To date no confirmation of order or delivery date given. As a pensioner this is £28 I can’t afford to lose. A confirmation of order/delivery would be appreciated

Facebook - many similar adverts with different company names
The product was bought from an advert on FB - in theory a hand-made hat made in Ecuador. It came several weeks later from China and is utter rubbish. Still in contact with customer services who agreed to refund but it never happened. Now they are making offers of a lower amount (as they have insurance!!!) not against illegal advertising I imagine.

Do not order from this company!
If there was a zero I would have used it. I placed an order from an Instagram add (maybe naively) on 10th September. Money was debited immediately. Said delivery within 2 working days. Failed to take a screen shot of order, stupidly. No confirmation email so cannot contact company. Googled name from payment description & found these reviews. Trying to raise dispute with bank but have to wait 15 days. I believe this website/company to be a scam.

I placed an order last night with this…
I placed an order last night with this company via Instagram. I'm still waiting for a confirmation email and order number. There is no trace of my order when I look on my orders on Instagram. The money has been taken from my bank account. I don't hold out much hope of receiving the order after having read the reviews. I have blocked my card incase they try to take more money.

Needs to be a zero on this review, ordered a jacket no confirmation email or order number, emailed them and they ask for order number which I haven’t got or a copy of the payment from my bank which I’ve sent but got the same email in reply asking for order number again! Total scammers DO NOT TRUST!

I placed an order I waited for confirmation which I didn't get so read reviews which wasn't very good I was worried so I emailed customer service who did email me back with an update and kept me up todate.
Do think when you place an order you should get confirmation

Scammed bought a dress on line. It did arrive but the quality was extremely poor. Don't even know how to get a refund as no email if confirmation of purchase Avoid at all cost!

Wish there was zero stars, took my money, didn't receive my makeup and would not respond to my email. How and who do you report this too.

This company is a a scam!!! Dont fall for it. I purchased epoxy material and it was never shipped and when i reached out to their support it was an automated response. Obviously no one is there. Whomever is behind this is a scam and they are some junkies stealing peopls money.
