A realistic valuation was produced in a timely fashion which really assisted us in reaching our decision to sell our property!

Great from start to finish.
Richard costello came out to view our house and give us a market value for our property. He asked us what our thoughts were on the valuation and if we were happy with it.
Photos of our property looked amazing we had been in there 31 years and done a lot of work, the photographer captured and highlighted this in our sale pictures.
Richard kept us in the loop with everything. First day of viewing we had 8 potential buyers and 3 offers.
Throughout the whole process Shortland Horne kept in contact.
Sue Costello was very efficient and prompt in contacting us with queries from the Buyers and relaying our response back to them.
She kept up to date with the Solicitors and ourselves on where we were within the process of the sale.
Richard and Sue were both easily contactable. If they were out of the office we would leave a message with Lauren and they would respond within a good time frame.
We would recommend Shortland Horne to everyone. Actually we have done. This was the 3rd time we requested their services. 2 other family members sold their property through them and they did a fantastic job then too.
