The Shredding Company レビュー

Really easy to order filled bag and collected on date I asked for great service

I've never contacted a shredding company before but picked this one as you could compute the cost yourself via their interactive website which I liked (rather than having to ring up and find it's ultra expensive or something and awkwardly trying to end the call). The pricing structure was clear and very reasonable for a small business like mine. The fact that it is a family firm was definitely a bonus. I wasn't disappointed - everyone from the lad that personally dropped off the shredding bags, to Elisha in the office who organised it all, to the lad who collected the bags have been totally professional, courteous and efficient with second to none customer service! A credit to their firm and I got an official certificate of destruction emailed over to me the day after the secure shredding bags were taken away so I know that I have fulfilled my legal obligations in that respect too. I am definitely going to use this firm again myself and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others too as I have already done.

Great Company, we have used them for a few years now. Very reliable and friendly staff.

Excellent service throughout. Many thanks to Elisha and the team.

arrived on time. quick service.

A couple of issues at the order stage with the website but otherwise great. I had a couple of questions which they answered quickly. Ordered some extra sacks which they dealt with quickly. Picked up and destroyed and certificate provided. Will use them again.

Easy to deal with, and everything was delivered and picked up as arranged

It did what it said on the tin - that’s all you ask for!!

Great efficient service and very easy end to end process. Ordered 10 pre-paid shredding bags which was delivered quickly, and once filled, I was able to select my chosen collection date. I received my destruction certificate within 24 hours of collection. Will use again.

The shredding bags arrived as expected, emails were answered very quickly and collection happened as expected.

Very efficient service. Bags arrived in a couple of days and once filled very easy to arrange pick. Super efficient.

Ordered 3 bags, received 2, contacted company, and they immediately sent a 3rd. Booked collection and it they collected as requested, next day received certificate of destruction

Very helpful. Streamlined service, providing peace of mind for their customers.

I arranged to have some confidential waste sacks delivered and collected - 45 in total. The process was easy, Elisha dealt with my order efficiently and quickly. The sacks were delivered to one address and collected from another. No issues and everything completed as required. Would recommend most highly

"Did exactly what it said on the tin!" I had the sacks for filling with documents to be shredded for seven years before I called for them to be picked up. Excellent service.

Really simple process, quick, efficient and easy and as a result, reliable. Would use again.

The service from this company is second to none. They have done everything they said they would do and we shall definitely use them again.
