I’m very satisfied with the Shrine Pro theme. The quality is excellent, and what really stands out is their support. Even in the middle of the night, I often received a response within an hour. The team is always polite, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

The theme is extremely user-friendly and made it easy to build a high-quality website.
What really stands out is the customer support — incredibly responsive, with replies coming within minutes, which is genuinely impressive.

I have just purchased 2 of the Shrine Pro theme licences for our 2 websites that we are moving from Magento to Shopify. I must say that the support we have received so far has been exceptional and fast. I was scepticle about purchasing with the negative support reviews, but they have obviously got their priorities sorted as we had support responses within an hour and remedies to our requests overnight. We are in Australia so they are pretty much on the other side of the world, so overnight is fast.
The theme is packed with features too. So far we have only had to grab a Reviews app as Shrine doesn't offer actual reviews and only displays hardcoded stuff which is perfect for displaying testimonials in customised layouts.
One priority for us was the product upsells & bundling etc, which works great on Shrine and it's all included without ongoing monthly app fees.
It's easy to use, very customisable and by the looks of their support, are open to suggestions on improving features.

It's early days for us on Shopify using Shrine but we have dealt with many theme and app providers on Magento and so far the Shrine team is responsive to support requests and their theme inclusions are extensive.

Support team were very professional. Replies were quick and concise. My issues were fixed quickly and the information provided to help for the future was detailed.

I'm the one who asked them to send me the review rating link. enough said. they're super prompt and helpful over email which is the most important thing when dealing with third party software.

The new update process is seamless! They’ve made it so easy to authenticate the theme now. The support is fast, friendly, and very technical. Worth every penny for my Shopify store.

I'm truly happy I chose the Shrine theme for my Shopify store. The design is clean, modern, and clearly optimized for user experience. But what really impressed me was the quality of the support.

The Shrine theme is amazing and definitely worth the investment. I found that a lot of the features allowed me to avoid costly monthly fees with Shopify plugins and tools. The team is also super helpful with answering questions and helping implement more advanced features that require code (they provided the code to me).

Best theme out there. Have had a clean professional store for a year now and even after 1 year of purchasing they still instantly resolved an issue I had. Very fast response, very professional solution. Would recommend this to anyone.
