Dont buy this fkn product if you're not looking for amazing service, a great product, amazing customer service team, great developers, great sales and amazing integration.

I had my walls up as it is a lot of money to spend on a website theme but their team has made this such good experience. Their team has worked 24/7 with replies and responses which is so good.

The product itself is alright - it's made perfect when paired with other applications like GemPages, etc.

What makes this product truly good is the customer service - they are quick to respond and if you ever need help with custom customizations they will help you do that which is really really uncanny - not many companies do this!

The product is well worth the purchase and the value you get is a direct justification of the price.

Theme is crazy good! Add a few issues connecting initially but the customer service team was lightning quick and responded immediately!

I have a super bad experience with Shrine, I found their template, bought it for 40% off. All of a sudden a few days later they increase the Black Friday deal to 50% off. Super unfair, misleading and feeling scammed. Will never buy again from them, will never tell a positive thing about them either to my network of business owners. I asked if they could make up for the difference and they didn't want to do that, the most sad and less caring customer service every. Pathetic way of doing business.

Update:

After 3 emails back and forth they have finally agreed to give me the 10% back. This was not about the money, more a matter of principle.
