A great club for all abilities, we attend as a family and the instructors are excellent at giving everyone attention and instruction for their level. We highly recommend

My daughter has been attending the club for the last few months and she has absolutely enjoyed every session. The Senseis are highly experienced and the training sessions have been valuable. I hope my daughter continues to grow and excel in martial arts training with the Shuhari club. Definitely would recommend for all ages.

My kids attend a lesson there and the coach is very experienced in what they do, also their customers service is great.

My 8 year old son joined 2 months ago and he absolutely loves it. I have assisted few training sessions and was surprised of the discipline and professionalism. Thank you

Honestly, I hadn't realised how much I missed training in martial arts until I started up again here, in just a few lessons I feel so much better with myself mentally. Such an iconic and wonderful community and so much fun!

And the Senpai like senpai Nadeen and senpi Michelle
are so patient and caring, making learning techniques very calm especially in pressuring moments like in a grading. this club has help me learn self control, how to stay safe, how to deescalate situations how to have good techniques in a real situation

After a long and careful search to find the right martial arts club for my son, we are incredibly grateful to have discovered Shuhari Martial Arts. From the very first day, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Communication was prompt, clear, and professional, a reflection of the high standards the club upholds.

Sensei Olgun, the creator of the Shuhari club is an absolutely outstanding instructor. His professionalism, passion, and deep respect for the martial arts are evident in everything he does. He leads with strength and discipline, and it is clear that he genuinely cares about each student’s growth, both on and off the mat.

The atmosphere at Shuhari is one of respect, focus, and encouragement. Sensei V is equally impressive, she knows how to challenge the students in just the right way, always seeing their potential and pushing them to achieve it. Watching the classes is inspiring; the energy, commitment, and mutual respect between instructors and students are powerful and uplifting.

This is more than just a martial arts club, it is a community that builds character, discipline, and confidence. I initially inquired about this class for my son, but I ended up joining myself—and I couldn’t be happier! The instructors are incredibly skilled, patient, and motivating. The classes are well-structured, providing a great balance of technique, fitness, and discipline. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility, and confidence since starting. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this is a fantastic place to train. Highly recommend!.

I have been attending Shuhari Corporate lessons, and my son has been participating in the public lessons. We both find these sessions highly valuable, as they impart crucial life-saving skills. The Shuhari lessons are exceptional, and they have significantly boosted our confidence in both our daily lives and while traveling.

We have been so impressed with the running of the club, all the instructors/assistants/sensei are so incredibly lovely and professional. The safety knowledge they impart on to the children in between teaching, as well as the attention each person receives no matter how big the class - all makes it that little bit extra special! My son loves his class and is always super excited to attend, its been lovely to watch him grow in confidence since joining 4 months ago!

Me and my brother started attending Shuhari on November 2024 and our experience has been great. Amazing, friendly people and friendly, skilled instructors. Definitely something I’d recommend to anyone who wants to learn new skills!

Excellent instructors, friendly and professional. They are also very flexible with the days and that makes it very easy to parents. In addition, my son, who has recently joined the team, enjoys very much his lessons and he feels very satisfied with the skills he is learning. They are very supportive and patient hence, I highly recommend this place for all stages of learning.

I spent a long time reviewing all the martial arts clubs in the area, and the wide range of locations and times offered by Shuhari Self Defence particularly stood out so I decided to call to find out more. Sensai Olgun took the time to answer all my questions and his knowledge and passion for martial arts was apparent. I was offered a free trial session so I could try risk free. From the first session in Cippenham with Sensai Brian and the second in Slough with Sensai Majid I knew I had made a great choice, especially as everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It has been 3 months now and am enjoying it more and more each week. My only regret is not finding and joining this club sooner!
