Ruimte van 27m3 blijkt 20m3 te zijn.
Ik kreeg een ruimte van 27m3 verkocht, maar deze bleek kleiner te zijn waardoor alles er niet in paste. De inhoud van een 19m3 verhuiswagen hebben we vierkant tot aan het plafond erin getetrist en we kwamen ruimte tekort. Dit kan niet als de ruimte daadwerkelijk 27m3 zou zijn.

Hallo, bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw opmerkingen te delen. We bieden een groot aantal verschillende maten en typen wooneenheden. Het verbaast ons dat je niet tevreden was met de informatie over de wooneenheden. Onze managers ter plaatse kunnen je adviseren over welke unit het beste bij je past.

Bij aankomst van alle spullen, bleek dat de box die ik gehuurd had te klein was. Stomme fout van mij! Telefonisch contact opgenomen met Shurgard een zijn wisten direct een grotere box beschikbaar te stellen voor me. Was echt top! Het bedrijf die de spullen bracht was anders weggegaan en had ik dat gestaan.. Was echt superblij met de goeie service!!

CHANGING ACCESS HOURS WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONS NOR DISCOUNT FOR THE CUSTOMERS
I am very much to stop being a customer of Shrgard NL. YOU CANNOT CHANGE ACCESS HOURS WITHOUT SENDING ANY NOTIFICATIONS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. AND YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IT MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Then things like the people trapped inside your gate are going most likely to happen (I have read another review before mine which was claiming basically the same). Also, to reduce access hours means you are effectively taking off service from what we are currently paying, nevertheless I have not seen a reduction in the monthly costs. Rather the opposite. You keep increasing prices every November but the service you offering keeps shrinking instead of being more efficient and directed towards customers satisfaction (such as 24 hours access or anyway an increase of the access hours). This is becoming a scam to me. I hope more customers like me are going to "wake up" and decide to leave.

Alles werkte perfect!
Alles werkte perfect; de code voor de poort en ingang en de lift, de trolleys die je gratis kunt gebruiken, de opslag met een makkelijk slot.
In de mail werd alles duidelijk uitgelegd, maar het is toch altijd afwachten of het ook in werkelijkheid zo makkelijk gaat.
Voor ons was het dus echt een goede ervaring!

Niet alles op orde
> systeem van spullen brengen en halen is makkelijk. Via een persoonlijke open je het hek en de deuren, en bedien je de lift.
> We kregen een verkeerde box (veel te klein)
De medewerkster hield tot 2x toe vol dat we wel de juiste box hadden gekregen. Uiteindelijk hebben we nu wel die grotere box die we gehuurd hadden, maar het heeft moeite gekost om haar te overtuigen.
> Oneerlijke bestelmethode via de website.
Als je weet dat jouw eigen inboedelverzekering de opgeslagen goederen (bij bijvoorbeeld shurgard) vergoedt, eist shurgard toch dat je bij hen een veel te dure verzekering afsluit. Via een omslachtige manier kun je er wel voor zorgen dat shurgard hun verzekering annuleert, maar wel nadat je die eerst hebt betaald.
> De (eerste) factuur is onjuist.
Omdat Shurgard wil dat je vantevoren eerst alles betaald wat zij in rekening brengen (huur van de box, slot voor de box, veeeel te dure verzekering), zeggen zij dat je bij de volgende factuur een creditnota krijgt als zij teveel hebben geïnd. Dat gebeurde niet, het creditbedrag was er niet afgehaald.
> Tips voor verbetering:
Op de website de mogelijkheid geven dat je zelf al een goede verzekering hebt en die van shurgard niet hoeft.

Het huren van de ruimte ging heel makkelijk. Behulpzame medewerkers aan de telefoon. Op de locatie zelf, waar ik poolshoogte nam, was de medewerker ook zeer behulpzaam in het beantwoorden van mijn vragen
