Please don't be fooled

I have ordered from these previously a few years ago and it was all delivered on time.
Now this has turned into a complete nightmare. ordered on the 14th of November and had nothing through. I keep getting apologies and emails from someone called Clemente Foreman saying the goods will be with me in 10 days...Now 7 weeks on and nothing
That is hilarious that Sienna London has now decided to respond to this review 4 months later asking me to email them if my goods still hasn't arrived.
Sienna London I sent around 90 emails to you why now have you bothered to respond?
Just send me what I paid for or refund my money order #6283

Don’t deserve one star

Don’t deserve one star. I ordered pjs and the order has never come. They finally communicated and promised me a full refund on 7th December, however I’ve never received refund or the goods and it’s now 23rd Dec. Now they’re no longer responding. Don’t order from Sienna London!

Scammers 100%
Constantly get email replies from what I can only imagine are bits or stupid people telling me we will send items out.
Over a month and no items or refunds.
This is 100% criminal

Terrible

I wish I had read reviews before buying with this company! Placed an order on 2/12 with a 48 hr delivery. Items not received so contacted via email on 6/12, to which they replied , typical delivery is 5-15 days. They then said there was a delay with DHL deliveries. I then contacted on 11/12 to ask where the order was upto, again another “delay” email. Finally on 12/12 I asked if the items had even been dispatched, no reply. Emailed again and asked for a refund, again no reply. Taking peoples money without even shipping the items. Thankfully, my credit card company have credited my account and are taking up the dispute with them.

Please avoid!

Please avoid!! Scammers!!
I ordered two pyjamas nearly 3 weeks ago. I have never recived my parcel. I emailed them four times asking for tracking number. They were coming back to me with the same automatical reply" sorry for delay " but still no tracking number. After 14 days I received email that they fulfilled my order. For me it's obvious that they weren't able to give me tracking number because parcel was never sent. Please avoid this company!!

Shocking service

Shocking service. 2 orders placed mid November and still nothing shipped. Promised several times order will be shipped but nothing, they offered discount not to cancel order but also nothing received. Now 3 working days before Christmas still nothing and apparently will arrive in 10 working days (but nothing received shipped yet) told them to cancel all orders!
Shocking bad service! Fraudulent as say shipped when no tracking and did not ship!

I have not heard from
Customer services even though I have emailed several times ; the response is auto .
So I would not advise anyone to buy from this company .
And or this company should change delivery service .
The building I live in is the only one in postcode ; so could not have been delivered to the right place ..

I'd rate it lower if I could.

I ordered 2 x sets of Pyjamas for my wife's birthday on 24/11/24. This was supposed to be 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail.

On 03/12/24 the products still had not arrived. I reached out to the customer service team to find out what was going on. A representative responded to say that it takes up to 15 days to deliver to the Netherlands (I'm in the UK, so this is irrelevant).

The representative then blamed DHL, who I understand do operate some of the Royal Mail deliveries. They could not however provide a tracking ID or demonstrate that it had actually been shipped.

When contested, they offered a 15% refund. I rejected this as I just wanted my products (it was well past my wife's birthday now anyway).

Almost two weeks ago the representative then offered a full refund AND to ship the product to me. I agreed.

I have still not seen either the product, or the refund. I have now contacted my credit card company to arrange a chargeback.

If you are considering buying nightwear for your partner (or yourself), steer clear and choose a more reputable brand.

No delivery but my money taken

I ordered pyjamas as a Christmas gift for my partner in November. One week from Christmas and I still have not received them, nor have I had any reply to my numerous emails. To cap it all I received an email saying the order had been fulfilled, but again, they haven't answered my email querying this. Others have said they are scammers and sadly, it is beginning to appear that way.

SCAMMERS stay away

SCAMMERS stay away! Never received my order despite emailing them so many times. If you also go on companies house you will see they have dissolved the company. Don’t bother wasting your time unless you want to get scammed.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Ordered PJs for £138 they automatically added £2.99 for delivery protection, ironically!! Never received the items and kept getting bombarded with spam emails with bad spelling. Luckily my credit card gave me a full refund. They are still advertising on instagram. Complete con avoid and report.
