Disgraceful company!
Really wish I had read reviews first! Ordered some pyjamas for a birthday and paid extra £7.99 for next day shipping. This was 8-10 days ago and heard nothing back just had money taken. No idea of product will ever show up as they have ignored my emails to communicate with them. Disgraceful company!!

Do not shop with this company, they will ignore you and will not refund your money
I purchased pyjamas for Christmas which I returned in January and have still not been refunded. I have emailed several times and contacted them on Instagram which they have seen and they have not responded.

They ignore emails to refund despite policy..
I received the pyjamas last Thursday 7th March and emailed immediately.
No response. Honestly the customer service is appalling I will need to call my bank and credit card to see what they can do their end. Screenshot the return policy and emails as proof I have done all I can my end.
Very bad business ethics.

Would not recommend using this company.
2 emails to Sienna London and an Instagram direct message ignored. Quality of purchase is good but require bigger size. My husband has paid £50 for PJ’s for a Christmas gift that I’m unable to return/exchange due to no response from Sienna London on how to return. Would not recommend using this company.

VERY POOR communication regarding returns.
Parcel arrived in time. Quality of the purchase is good but doesn’t fit. After three emails to Sienna London ignored and an Instagram direct message, I’m still waiting for instructions on how to return.

Impossible to get in contact with to return!
In contrast to some other reviews, we have had no issue with the quality or the dispatchng.
However, we are now trying to return a set of garments and followed the process and emailed the email address to 'start' the process. 4 emails later and no responses at all and no phone number to call. In general a terrrible experience.
We have now passed this on to the credit card company as of Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act as part we deem this to be 'misrepresentation (eg the retailer made false promises to get you to purchase their goods or service).' the promise being you can return items!

Buyer beware—no returns despite their promises!
Further Update 08/08/23:
After sending three emails asking for authorisation to return an item (all of which Sienna London ignored), I wrote a review here about my experience. Within an hour they responded offering me a full refund if I removed my review which, I regret to say, I did. That was over 3 weeks ago and still no refund! The quality of the item purchased was very good, it just didn’t fit. Beware: this company will not honour their stated returns policy.

THIS COMPANY LITERALLY STEALS YOUR MONEY!!
Ordered 2 sets of pyjamas at £80. Royal Mail 48hr tracked. The money has been taken from my account but I’ve received nothing and it’s been over two weeks.
Tried to contact the company through various email/social media, including contacting the owner of the company Ryan Arthur but had no response.
DISGUSTING!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Never delivered items, no response, AVOID!
I ordered from PJs from Sienna London with 48-hour Royal Mail tracked delivery. I have never received the items and after multiple attempts to contact them via email and social media, I have had no response. Luckily, I have raised a dispute with my credit card company to get charge back from the money they owe me. Awful customer service. Save your time and money and AVOID!

Terrible. Allowed me to return but haven't refunded and have stopped responding.
Be very wary when ordering via this company. Received a response to a return request in January from Rebecca Foreman, who advised me to return the product and that I'd receive a refund. Just like many other customers' experiences, it's been radio silence since then. They have received the return as I have the postal proof, but they do not respond to emails or messages and have still not processed the refund, almost two months later. Yet they continue to market on Social Media. It's outrageous and akin to theft. They have my money and the product and are just ignoring customers.

SCAM COMPANY
SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! 4 sets of expensive PJs and a candle purchased - 2 sets were extremely poor fitting. No response to requests for return. The PJ sets which did fit fine are now falling apart after just a couple of weeks. Extremely poor quality, no customer service. This is a SCAM COMPANY.

Poor quality product received, sent an email to request a refund. Followed the procedure and sent the Pyjamas back and no refund given. I have emailed, Facebook/ instagram messaged and no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Be warned - do your research first with this company!
Be warned.. do not touch this company with a barge pole. Always do your research on here first - sadly I did not.
I received a pair of pyjamas a week ago, nothing like the quality shown on their website and the design slightly different too. I wanted to send back for a refund, you have to email them for it to be approved and for the returns address to be given to you.
After 3 emails and an IG message I haven’t received a response and there’s no doubt it’s not even pending to me.
Companies like this are disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves.
