Shocking quality product. stitching looked like it was done with a spoon. Returned product within 30 days in Jan and still waiting for the refund with no response from the company after numerous emails. Avoid!!

AVOID! Been waiting for a refund since the start of January - initially responded to an email saying that refunds would be 2 weeks - 2 months later and 4 unanswered emails - no refund. This is nothing short of theft!

Been trying to get my refund for an order I returned at the beginning of January. Sent 3 emails now and had no reply to any of them and sent messages via FB Messenger and again had no replies. They've just taken my 3rd paypal instalment, so I'm £45 out of pocket. Absolute shambles of a company..... Avoid at all costs 🤬

Order #5728 only received 1 pair of pyjamas despite ordering and paying in full for 2 pairs. Nearly 3 weeks has passed with 4 emails, 1 Instagram DM and no reply! Absolutely terrible, avoid if you do not want to be disappointed!

Sham of a company! Won't process refund. Ignored emails, Instagram requests and DM on PayPal. Product material cheap. Avoid.

Been trying to get a refund incorrect size. Returned items but no refund issued & now no response to any communication. AVOID!!!

Orders 2 items. One was too small so I returned and 2 months on no refund or response to my multiple emails. Don’t bother and shop elsewhere.

SCAM company!!! Do NOT use!!! They took my money and will not respond to my emails or refund me. Luckily I paid on PayPal so can file a claim for a refund. If you pay by credit card or PayPal you can claim a refund from them. I would save yourself a lot of hassle and just AVOID this company at all costs.

If I could go lower I would!! Took payment for 2 pairs pyjamas only sent one and zero response to email, social media account nothing-still not received second pair or refund-terrible customer service and no phone number…gets worse; they emailed me asking me to amend this to 5 stars and they would send me a ‘free’ product of choice-they still haven’t refunded me or sent what I have paid for! Trading standards informed-oh & they’ve deleted 3 reviews I put on their website

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering ): no reply to many emails about how to return an item. Don't even trust them to return money reading the other reviews on here. I will try my bank if not.

I try to contact them by email amd by phone not picking it up.
Not reliable staff try tos ent it back no feed back.

Beautiful designs and super quick service

I first ordered some of the short soft pajamas, which I loved! I then picked up some silky long ones, and they were equally as lovely.

I won't be buy pajamas anywhere else!

Some of the items are preorder (from what I can see this is where some people get confused why they are waiting for deliveries as they haven't read it properly).

3 weeks to generate a returns label then 3 weeks returned - all traceable through track and trace. And nothing. No refund. No product. Shocking company that needs referral to local trading standards. I will be following through to resolution.

No trust. No human contact. Not a care in the world.

I left an honest two star review on the website after buying some pyjamas from Sienna London for my wife for Christmas. It's no longer on the page I left it so presumably the company removes all reviews that aren't positive.

The reason, I suspect, is that the patterns are lovely but the quality is poor. The material frays and bits are already coming away at the seems depsite them only being a couple of weeks or so old.

Note: the below review was left directly on there website as a two star, but in a nice and fraudulent manner they will only allow positive reviews to con people into buying extortionate sleepwear with the poorest quality…

These are beautifully designed pyjamas however for the price point the quality is poor and the fabric feels cheap. Not sure the reviews are completely honest and from actual customers. Seems like they could be fabricated from the company It unusual that even a 3 star review doesn’t have any actual feedback. Anyway the quality of these should be of the same quality as somewhere like The White Company or Chelsea Peers but these are far from that. The initial £70 price point is outrageous

Placed an order back in August, I had to return items due to qualtity and sizing not as expected. Still waiting on a refund. I recommend that you shop elsewhere.

When a mistake was made with my order they dealt with it quickly and professionally, can't fault sienna I would recommend buying from them.

I placed an order in October 2022 returned within 14 days and still waiting on my refund for the full amount, have tried to contact via email, instagram, Facebook as this is the only option no telephone number I have proof of return and no answer, shocking behaviour! Avoid Avoid Avoid

Ordered 2 pairs of blue pj's 2 weeks ago, took money no conformation on order, emailed twice, no response. Scam company, beware from ordering.
