Bad experience
Jeg var inne på siden og bestilte et armbånd. Fikk bekreftelse på kjøpet og betalte med Klarna. Dagen etter fikk jeg mail om at kjøpet var kansellert fordi armbåndet ikke var på lager. Jeg kunne gi beskjed om jeg ville ha beskjed når det kom inn igjen. Det gjorde jeg. Jeg gikk også inn på nettsiden igjen og der lå fremdeles armbåndet ute til salgs. Dette synes jeg var rart siden det ikke var på lager. Jeg bestilte det på nytt og fikk igjen bekreftelse på kjøpet. Dagen etter fikk jeg svar på mailen jeg hadde sendt tidligere om at jeg ville ha beskjed om når det kom inn igjen. Der sto det at armbåndet nå var en ute av sortimentet og ikke kom inn igjen. Jeg gikk da inn på hjemmesiden igjen og armbåndet lå da fremdeles ute for salg. Dette burde da vært fjernet da det ikke lenger var mulig å kjøpe det. Veldig skuffet og dårlig fungerende hjemmeside.
Var inne på hjemmesiden i dag, over en uke siden jeg fikk mail om at armbåndet var ute av kolleksjonen, og det er fremdeles mulig å bestille selv om det ikke er på lager og ikke kommer til å komme tilbake igjen.Dårlig.
